Wir verbrachten tolle Familienferien in Ascona. Schöne, sehr saubere Unterkunft, bestens ausgestattet. Nur sehr schade, dass der Schwedenofen nicht mehr benützt werden darf! Und, dass dieses Textfeld für die Bewertungen extrem benutzerunfreundlich ist (Cursor springt immer ans Ende des Textes, was das Revidieren der Bewertung sehr umständlich gestaltet).

Das Tor im Garten zum Pool ist defekt. Konnte erst nach Rücksprache mit der Betreuung geöffnet werden. -Im Badezimmer fehlte im Schüttstein ein Teil. -Ein Zweitschlüssel war auch nach Verlangen nicht erhältlich. -Im Schlafzimmer konnte die Heizung nicht eingeschaltet werden.

Schöne Wohnung mit bequemen Betten. Mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Über die Terrasse gelangt man zum Gemeinschaftspool. Liegen auf der Terrasse vorhanden, aber am Pool gibt es leider keine.

Ich war mit unseren 2 Mädels (7 und 11) und unserer Hündin hier. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es hat alles dort was man braucht und das Check - In und das Check - Out hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Perfekte Lage

Die Anlage liegt ruhig, zentral und ist sehr gut unterhalten. Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Wassertemperatur und war sauber. Direkt beim Pool gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsgrill (Holz oder Kohle) sowie schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet und alles war super sauber. In heißen Tagen ist die Wohnung angenehm kühl geblieben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe und Abgabe hat über die Konraktperson super funktionier, gerne wieder.

Die Matratzen waren uns zu weich und wohl auch schon älter (wie eine Badewanne),weshalb der Schlaf nicht sonderlich erholsam war! Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, Lage,Einrichtung und Aussenbereich sind sehr gut. Empfelenswert!

Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen, auch dass es ruhig und die Anlage schön grün war. Wir erlebten unsere Ferientage durchaus als erholsam. Leider regnete es sehr viel, d.h. wir konnten den Garten kaum nutzen. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Wohnung fanden wir etwas mangelhaft. Z.B. gab es keinen Wasser- oder Teekrug, keinen Wasserkocher und keinen Massbecher. Das Etagenbett der Kinder war recht instabil, in der Ecke lagen Staubfetzen und in der Küche begegneten uns Ameisen...

a great quiet spot

There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented.
