On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Flims, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Communal covered parking. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 300 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Chur" 21 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km, sports centre 3 km, walking paths from the house 5 m, cable car 5 km, ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, slopes 1 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 1 km, sled run, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 3 km. Appartement au calme

Appartement bien équipé, propre et calme. Il est un peu sombre, mais nous y avons apprécié la fraîcheur par ce temps de canicule. Nous avons apprécié aussi la proximité de l'arrêt du bus ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la magnifique région de Flims et ses environs en utilisant les transports publics qui étaient gratuits en plus.

Im Grossen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Wohnung war sauber, neuartige Küche und Badezimmer. Schade war es, dass nicht über die Entsorgungsmöglichkeiten informiert wurden (Entsorgung Abfall). Wir hoffen, wir sind korrekt vorgegangen, indem wir den Abfall in die Sammelbehälter vor dem Haus entsorgt haben. Zudem haben wir ein Badetuch erhalten, was schmutzig war (in der Hoffnung, es war gewaschen..?). Ansonsten können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich

Eine gemütliche und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung für 2 Personen. Problemloser Check in und Check out. Besonders angenehm war der kurze Weg zum Skibus.

Trois améliorations seraient souhaitables : - L'accès au garage à préciser étant donné les nombreux garages aux alentours. - Le classeur avec les indications devrait être placé en évidence, car nous ne l'avons trouvé que le dernier jour. - Nous avons également eu des difficultés à trouver un sac-poubelle taxé (uniquement disponible à l'office du tourisme).

Toller Skiurlaub, gerne wieder

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Casa Tavaun sehr genossen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Appartement mit einer tollen Küche. Der Skibus hält wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt und man ist in ca. 5 Minuten an der Gondelstation. Dass es eine Badewanne in dem Appartemnt gibt, war nach einem anstrengenden Skitag ein Genuss.

Die Wohnung ist nicht wie auf dem Bild gegen süden sondern hinten gegen westen und von sträuchern umgeben. Fanden wir schade. Ansonsten war es gut.
