Spacious loft with fireplace and large living room with kitchen.
Two beautiful bedrooms with balcony access.
Two balconies enlarge the already good base and make a lot of the charm of the apartment. The balcony scores with a dreamlike panoramic view over the valley and Flims, which is incidentally also looks from the living room. The rear terrace is a beautiful view on the Flimserstein free and enhances summer with pleasant shade for cozy and cool Gathering (deckchairs available, of course).
The modern kitchen is practical and well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and generous fridge. Also the integrated WLAN must.
The house has to wash the possibility dresses.
A shareable ski storage and a garage complete the offer.
Animals are welcome.

Charming family chalet

Cute chalet that is easy to walk to from slopes and shops. Fireplace was great, host very nice. Appreciated the fresh bean coffee maker and convenience of microwave.

Top Lage und sehr gemütlich

Wir haben 3 wunderschöne Wintertage hier verbracht. Wohnung ist ruhig hell und geräumig. Top ausgestattet, leckere Teesiorten, DVD Sammlung. Der Türgriff zum Bad war abgefallen, wir hatten leider kein WKZ dabei. Ansonsten schon vorgemerkt fürs nä. Jahr. Sogar ein Raclett set war da, haben es 2x genuttz!!

Tolle Zeit in Flims

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Flims sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut zentral gelegen und nur sehr kurz entfernt von den schönsten Ausflugszielen.

Wir hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind bequem. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. 2 Haltestelle für Skibus Linie 117 sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit den Dingen des täglichen Lebens eingerichtet.

Leider war das Wetter nicht gut und es konnte lediglich 2,5 von 5 Tagen gefahren werden. Daran kann der Vermieter aber nichts. Die Abwicklung war jederzeit sehr freundlich und auf Rückfragen wurde spontan reagiert. Wenn wir in das Skigebiet zurückkehren, dann gerne wieder in der Wohnung.

Skiferien mit der Familie in Flims

Die Ferienwohnung war praktisch und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alle Utensilien für den alltäglichen Gebrauch im Wohnzimmer und Küche waren vorhanden. Die Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer war bequem zum Entspannen nach dem Skifahren. Das Infotainment System hat bestens funktioniert. Der Holzvorrat auf dem Balkon im Schopf für das tägliche Einheizen des Cheminée im Wohnzimmer war ausreichend vorhanden. Der Besitzer war bei konkreten Rückfragen Jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar.

Eine fast perfekte Unterkunft

Wir sind mit 5 Personen gut in der Wohnung untergekommen. Die Highlights sind die großartig ausgestattete Küche, der Kamin sowie die grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon aus. Zudem lief die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter reibungslos und zügig. Eine Duschhalterung auf Kopfhöhe und ein Skischuhtrockner im Keller wären noch die Kirsche auf der Torte gewesen.

Grosszügige Ferienwohnung an herrlicher Lage

Wir genossen zu dritt mit einem kleinen Hund bei schönstem Wetter herrliche vier Tage in dieser gemütlichen und gut eingerichteten Wohnung. Lage und Aussicht sind traumhaft und der Weg zu Fuss ins Dorf (Flims-Dorf) ein Katzensprung. Ein Genuss war auch die Ruhe. Etwas "Luft nach oben" gäbe es noch bei der Routenbeschreibung, bei der Aussortierung von abgelaufenen Gewürzen u.a. in der Küche und bei der (felhlenden) Instruktion zum Einschalten des TV-Gerätes. Ansonsten waren wir vollauf zufrieden.

schöne Wohnung in der Nähe der Talstation Flims-Laax

Die Wohnung ist in bester Lage in laufweite zum Skigebiet Flims Laax. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz für 4-6 Personen und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Sehr empfehlenswert!
