Nice and Private Family House

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Ada Estates. This was definitely the place to go to for your family reunion... The property had so many amenities available on site. We had so much fun.

Golf trip

We had a group of 8 guys in AL for a golf trip. I rented the house just for lodging purposes. The house was great, the service we received from Kick Back was phenomenal and although we did not use any of the other amenities at the Ranch it was very clear there was a lot to do. Several of my groups members commented they would like to go back.Great place!!!!

Wonderful Surprise

I can’t say enough about the incredible experience my sorority sisters and I had at the Ada House! The accommodations were fantastic, and the property itself is absolutely stunning. We made sure to get familiar with the property rules—definitely reach out to the office when booking for the best guidance. But let me tell you, they were beyond accommodating, and everyone couldn’t stop raving about our event! I’m already planning to keep them in mind for all of our future gatherings. We also enjoyed the petting zoo and "Tom" the Turkey. What a hit!

BEST Birthday Getaway

This property is exactly like the pics. I decided to just a small getaway before I turned 51. I wasn't able to have a 50th Shindig because on the 'rona. The staff is amazing. Of course, we forgot a couple of things and they provided them right away. The scenery is so beautiful.

Awesome 3 days!

The Ada Estate house was better than expected. The home was spacious and well equipped and the property was amazing. The view from the living and kitchen area was beautiful. We enjoyed coffee overlooking the pond, listening to the birds greet each day. Our boys enjoyed the slide and the basketball courts the most! The owner is so kind and all the workers are so helpful and friendly. This was the best unexpected surprise! You will not be disappointed with a stay at the Kick Back Ranch!!!

Fantastic house for a group

Our group of high school students participating in a week of service stayed at Ava Estate for two days and it was great! The house is comfortable, has plenty of space that makes it easy to divide your group - or families - and the property amenities are a bonus. The kitchen is big and well-stocked. Communication was easy. We neglected to note our gate code and returned one evening and the gate was closed (definitely a great safety feature) and a quick call to security got us in. So - remember your gate code. We left something behind and the owners were great about helping us get it shipped back. Overall outstanding experience.

CUMBA WOMEN’S Retreat 2023

Beginning with the booking, the communication with Mindy Newell was excellent. She answered all of our question promptly. Our check-in process was smooth and I got to meet Mindy on arrival. She was as cordial as she had been on-line. The house was in immaculate condition and did not disappoint from the online pictures. We had 20 ladies and plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The refrigerator held all of our groceries for serving a continental breakfast. We had praise and worship service in the great room by pulling chairs from the kitchen so everyone was together. The outside veranda was wonderful and some ladies were able to sit outside for meditation and alone time. We were visited by “some love bugs” that had migrated but they were not a bother. We enjoyed the view of the lake and the animals. Some of the ladies even took a spin in the golf cart. It was a tranquil retreat full of laughter and fellowship. We did tours in Montgomery which is in close proximity to Ramer.

Exceptional Propery

The grounds and home were exceptionally well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We could not have picked a more perfect spot outside of Montgomery for a large family gathering. It was perfect for all ages.

Family Thanksgiving

We all come together for a few days at thanksgiving. We need room for 18, which is hard to find. We enjoyed the space, canoeing, pattle boating, the game room, and corn hole.

Great property.

We rented the facility for a school trip, and it worked out incredibly well. The property was quiet and had lots of good accommodations, especially a fun pool and slide that the students enjoyed. I would certainly consider it again (whether for large or small groups).
