Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner lives on the same property. The photograph shows a typical example. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The total of 7 wooden roof holiday homes are located in a small holiday complex, 200 m away from the Arendsee lake, which offers a beach, boat rentals and steamboat trips (extra).

Maximum occupancy: 5 people (a baby or toddler as a 6th person is NOT possible). Visitors are ONLY allowed with prior registration (tourist tax required!). 1 car (no mobile homes) parking space at the house included, additional vehicles CANNOT be parked on the property.
