Table tennis, children's playground (swing). In the complex: washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Motor access (via unmade road). Public parking 250 m extra. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Arendsee, Strandbad" 400 m, railway station "Seehausen" 18 km. Minigolf 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner lives on the same property. The photograph shows a typical example. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The total of 7 wooden roof holiday homes are located in a small holiday complex, 200 m away from the Arendsee lake, which offers a beach, boat rentals and steamboat trips (extra).

Gemütliche kleine Häuschen

Das Haus befindet sich auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück mit anderen baugleichen Unterkünften. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und vor jedem Haus eine Sitzgelegenheit aus Holz. Das Haus bietet mit seiner kleinen Wohnfläche trotzdem alles was man braucht. Wir reisten als Familie (2 Erw., 2 Kinder) an und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war allerdings die Lautstärke des Ferienlagers auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück.

Sehr laut durch das Jugendcamp

Ansich ist die Anlage ganz in Ordnung. Man ist bemüht. Es gibt kein Infomaterial zur Umgebung. Keine Information über Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten. Da muß man selbst auf Spurensuche. Es muß nicht das ganze Angebot einer Touristen Information sein, Aber wenigstens ein Plan vom See und der Stadt. Und dann dieses Jugendcamp! Früh diese Weckmusik, den ganzen Tag über laute Musik bis weit in die Nacht. Von Urlaubsromantik keine Spur eher von Discofieber. Hier müsste man sich an die Betreuung der Jugendlichen wenden oder an die Betreiber des Camps oder gegebenenfalls auch einmal Polizei oder Jugendamt einschalten. Ganze Nächte durch…..das ist nichtmehr als normal zu bezeichnen. Außerdem, man bezahlt einen stolzen Preis, da sollte, z.B. Toilettenpapier, Handseife, Bettwäsche….. mit inbegriffen sein. Die Häuschen sind soweit in Ordnung, aber der nächste Urlaub wird nicht wieder auf der Nebumuk Ranch sein. Es gibt andere schöne Unterkünfte am See…. Ruhigere

Ferienhaus

Bei der Ankunft kam es nicht zu einer gemeinsamen Besichtigung der Unterkunft zwischen Gast und Vermieter. Eine Kaution musste dennoch hinterlegt werden. Die Unterkunft zeigte sich nicht gereinigt. Auf den Stufen befanden sich neben Staub und Dreck Federn und ein gelber Wasserbombenballon. Unter der Couch, direkt am Rand lag eine Minibifi sowie eine Socke und Büschel von Haaren. Unter dem Klappsessel befanden sich ein weißer Kamm und Haargummis. Auf dem Geschirr befanden sich Ölreste.

Einfach enttäuschend.

Abgewohnt/nicht gedämmt/fußkalt/Zusatzkosten von knapp 100 Euro/wö. für E-Heizung. Teilweise sperrmüllreife und verschmutzte Möbel. Ein baulich verändertes Bett aus Pressspan brach beim Hinlegen zusammen und wurde nicht repariert oder ausgetauscht. Gefährliche Dusche, keine Haltegriffe an der tief in den Boden eingelassenen Duschwanne. Zum Glück nur Schürfwunden. Steile Treppe ins OG. Nur ein Handlauf, verdreckt und klebrig. Defekte Beleuchtung. Außentür klemmt. Wlan nur eingeschränkt.

Es muss nicht immer Allinclusive sein!

Normalerweise sind wir typische Pauschalurlauber im Allinclusive-Hotel, entsprechend wenig Ansprüche hatte ich an diesen Urlaub - und wurde positiv überrascht! Es war ein rundum gelungener Familienurlaub in idyllischer Atmosphäre! Ein wirklich schnuckeliges Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht, wunderbar ruhig im Wald gelegen. Hier konnte man nachts absolute Stille und Dunkelheit erleben, das war unglaublich wohltuend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Häuser geräumiger als vermutet

Die Häuser an sich sind geräumiger, als wir es vermutet hatten. Es ist alles nötige vorhanden. Lediglich die beiden Kinderbetten sind nur 1,90 lang, was bei unserem Sohn schon etwas knapp war. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zur Corona-Zeit da, daher war es sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Das benachbarte Jugendcamp war geschlossen und bei dem Campingplatz schräg gegenüber fanden keine Veranstaltungen statt. Allerdings könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass es zu "normalen" Zeiten lauter ist. Der nahe See ist toll zum Schwimmen. Entgegen der Beschreibung sind es nicht 7 Häuser sondern nur 4 - in dem 5. wohnen die Vermieter.

Hübsche Häuschen

Das Haus war geräumiger als gedacht. Alles ist sauber und alles nötige ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben immer gute Ausfllugtipps bereit. Der See ist wirklich nah und schön zum Baden. Allerdings waren wir zur Corona-Zeit dort. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es zu "normalen Zeiten" wegen des benachbarten Campingplatzes und eines Jugendcamps auch schonmal lauter sein kann.

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft

Die kleine Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt, die Unterkünfte sauber und nett eingerichtet. Um die Häuser verstreut findet sich ein Sandkasten inklusive Spielzeug, ein Klettergerüst, Schaukeln, ein Volleyballnetz und eine Tischtennisplatte. Die Vermieter geben sich große Mühe, alle Kundenwünsche zu erfüllen. Das Strandbad Arendsee ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar und für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet, es gibt reichlich Platz im Schatten und ein flaches Ufer.

Erholung in der Natur

Die Unterkunft liegt schön im Wald, Naher Zugang zum See aber nur über kostenpflichtiges Strandbad, was um 18 Uhr schließt, die Restaurants daneben um 19 Uhr. Urlaub für Familie mit Kinder schön, da einige Spielgeräte vorhanden. Das ein oder andere müsste erneuert werden. Wir brauchten auch im Sommer die elektroheizung. Strom muss separat bezahlt werden.
