One-bedroom apartment with a terrace in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect for exploring the southern Ardèche as a couple.
Located at the foot of the Rocher de Sampzon, the
Posas accommodation is the perfect place
to enjoy a wonderful time together.
You’ll set out to explore the Ardèche Gorges
and all the charming villages
, and enjoy the many
outdoor activities, as well as the
numerous hiking trails. An
exceptional view awaits you at
just a few steps away. The studio is a small, independent unit located at the back of our house, with a private outdoor area and a parking space. You’ll have access to a partially covered terrace furnished with patio furniture,
lounge chairs, and a barbecue.
You’ll have a fully equipped kitchenette with a table and chairs, a living area with armchairs for watching TV, and a sleeping area featuring one 140/190 bed. You’ll
also find a bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a separate toilet. The owners, Patrick and Maéva, live on-site and can recommend sightseeing itineraries. For a completely relaxing stay, the bed is made, and linens and towels are provided. Nightly rentals are available year-round.

L'accueil était parfait, le confort tel qu'attendu, et les propriétaires très disponibles nous ont fourni tous les conseils qui nous été fort utiles que ce soit pour nos visites ou la restauration. Juste parfait et conforme à nos attentes. Petit plus, l'accueil était très chaleureux! Nous avons prévu de revenir :) A bientôt !
