Die Wohnung war infrastrukturell sehr gut angebunden. Leider bekamen wir den genauen Standort erst nach Bezahlung. Die Wegbeschreibung war nicht optimal, sodass wir erst über einen Umweg zur Wohnung gelangt sind. Sauberkeit ok, nur die Toilette ging gar nicht. Der Sitz war nicht ordentlich befestigt sodass man fast abgerutscht wäre. Und auch die Taste für die Spülung war eigentlich kaputt. Die gesamte Anlage müsste renoviert werden. In der Küche fehlten einige Dinge, die wir dann gekauft haben. Ein Salatbesteck und ein paar Eierlöffel hätten es schon mal getan. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Insgesamt war die Wohnung etwas zu kalt weil nur wenig Sonne hereinscheint. Im Hochsommer sicher optimal, aber nicht im Oktober. Die Balkonausstattung war auch reichlich abgenutzt. Insgesamt könnte die Agentur etwas investieren, um die Ausstattung auf Stand zu halten. Unser Eindruck ist, dass sich wenig um die Wohnung gekümmert wird, außer den Putzteams. Nicht uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
