Localisation parfaite

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la gare (pour arriver par le train), à deux pas de la rue d'Antibes, à quelques minutes des plages, de la Croisette et du palais des festivals. La clim et le wifi fonctionnent très bien. L'appartement aurait certes besoin d'un petit rafraichissement (prises électriques et interrupteurs, portes coulissantes de la douche de la chambre) mais c'est bien vite oublié. Merci.

Nous avons passé 13 jours dans cette propriété très spacieuse, climatisée, proche de tout (plage, magasins, gare...). Propriétaire très humain. Cet un très bon séjour que nous avons passé à Cannes. Ma famille a été très satisfaite.

L’appartement est très bien situé en plein centre de Cannes, tout proche de la gare. Il est assez spacieux et bien climatisé, ce qui est utile pour fermer les fenêtres pour ne pas entendre le bruit de la rue. Jean Jacques nous a gentiment accueilli et nous a guidé vers le garage (avec un supplément nous avons eu cette possibilité de box. Je conseille de prendre cette option car il est difficile de se garer dans le centre de Cannes). La remise des clefs le dernier jour s’est fait avec une amie de Jean-Jacques, aussi très sympathique. Bref, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement qui es aussi à 4 mins à pied de la plage.

Location de qualité

Nous sommes parfaitement satisfaits de cette location. L'appartement est spacieux et pratique. La pièce est à vivre est particulièrement agréable. On apprécie la climatisation indispensable en été. Les équipements sont complets. Un autre avantage est la localisation de l'appartement : accès immédiat aux commerces, restaurant et plage. Seul inconvénient : le quartier étant justement assez vivant, il peut y avoir du bruit la nuit mais cela reste ponctuel. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.
