This spacious remodeled villa is located within a five-minute walk to the beach. This Vacation Rental is across from the Tennis Center, Community Pool and George Fazio golf course located in the world renowned Palmetto Dunes. This villa is centrally located close to the general store and Alexanders Restaurant. Bike and kayak rentals are also nearby for your convenience.
This spacious villa features two master bedrooms with attached master baths. The bedrooms are located at each end of the layout giving privacy to our guests using both bedrooms. Relax in the cozy living area featuring a flat screen TV. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. Enjoy the beautiful covered patio overlooking the quiet pristine landscaping of Palmetto Dunes.

Included in your stay at our condo is a Tennis/Pickleball package for our renters. This includes 2 hours free court time a day for the days you book. Text us for more details.
