This guest received all discounts they were asking for, beyond what was programmed in the VRBO system originally, but through the VRBO as an act of good faith. Yet, after thanking me, the next day which was 3-4 days prior to their check-in date, they were asking for a full refund, citing that one of their grandparents has two weeks to live. When I offered them in good faith a partial refund - they simply were not eligible for any refund -they refuse to take it and said that they are coming for the vacation. During their stay they were citing several comments that I promised to check. All communications were conducted through the VRBO messaging system. I arrived on the island after they left and saw that all the comments were not true. I also responded to them very clearly and very respectfully that none of their comments were true. I will not rent the condo to them again.

I personally inspect the villa once every three weeks. Hilton Head Island is my second residence. We respect our customers and listen to their comments. A lot of improvements made to the villa - new mattresses and spring boxes, outdoor furniture on both floors, beach chairs and beach cart, new dog bed, spotless conditions of the villa, decent TV package to suit all ages, pets welcome.

I enjoyed hosting Jonathan and his family. He was easy to communicate with, they left the property as it was requested in the checkout instructions. I will be glad to rent Jonathan my condo again.

Thank you very much for your review, Eric! The villa inspected not only by the cleaning crew, but myself personally at least twice a month. We plan on the improvement every year. This year we have replace an air-condition system updated all kitchen utensils and tableware. All good are current and questions are addressed quickly and thoroughly.
