About this property
Great family home in West Chicagoland
This is a great family home for those looking for a long term stay close to but not in Chicago. Newly remodeled kitchen and first floor and kid-perfect basement. Spacious backyard. Easy drive to Chicago or take the nearby METRA. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms on second floor. Remodeled kitchen and main floor including first floor office and dining room. Kid friendly basement includes video game counsel, two TVs and half bathroom. Open to long term stays for families seeking to ride out a remodel or Covid scenario while we go south for the winter. Not interested in stays shorter than a week. That said, we only rent it out when we are on long vacations so 2 week stays are the sweet spot. This is our primary home so we lock up stuff in the master closet when we rent out and expect renters to understand that you’re staying in our house not just a rental home. Accordingly, will snoop in your social media and see if we have mutual friends who vouch for each other to be sane renters and temporary landlords. Best
