The Seagrove community of well-maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. This prime location is perfect for you to relax and enjoy the ocean view from this bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo.

This renovated condo has a unique design with gorgeous wood features throughout and cool coastal hues. Entering the unit, you are greeted by a pleasant beach feel and one-of-a-kind decorations. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room. The living room leads to your ocean view balcony perfect to enjoy a meal outside or relax in the lounge chair. Enjoy the ocean breeze and take in the glorious scenery!

The guest bedroom (Bedroom #2) is on the main first level. It is furnished with one queen, one twin bed, and TV. It's bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The master suite (Bedroom #1), which is located up the stairs on the second level, features a king bed, TV, private bathroom and impeccable ocean views. For your convenience, the condo has a washer and dryer, parking for at least two cars, WiFi, and a community pool.

**Beginning January 28th, Seagrove Villas will be replacing all roofs in this complex which will take several weeks to complete. We do not have an exact timeline for each building, but please reach out to our team if you plan to book and we will be happy to check on any updates at that time.

Other than the poor taxi and Uber service in the area everything else was wonderful. Acme low country kitchen first choice for food. The ocean and beach were great. We even saw deer on our property. Sweet grass property was great to deal with and responded immediately

Excellent location and very quiet

Our family just returned from an amazing vacation at Wild Dunes. This property did not disappoint. Comfy beds, everything we needed, clean, very quiet and extremely close to the beach and Seagrove community pool. The pool was never crowded and very nice. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was so convenient to just pop down to the pool or beach whenever we liked. We also were a quick bike ride away from the Wild Dunes boardwalk, restaurants, and shops, which was a nice bonus! We also loved the ocean and pool view from the balcony and bedroom. We captured some beautiful pics from the balcony, including the full moon over the ocean on our last night. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily stay here again!

Wonderful location

This property is in a beautiful area. The description is accurate. The pool and ocean are steps away. Be mindful that there are no elevators and it’s 3 flights of stairs. Which we did not mind. The unit is older, slip covers on furniture. The unit had plenty of extra garbage bags, laundry detergent etc. which was nice. I would definitely book this unit again.

Overall great experience , plenty of essentials and towels provided. Washer and dryer worked great, nice master shower , beds and pillows awesome. Great location! Just need a little more attention to detail , some lightbulbs out, remotes for tvs batteries dead. Fixtures in bottom bathroom shower loose. No blinds at all on patio doors. But we had fun.

Nice view of pool and ocean

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view was not blocked by other buildings even though not directly on the beachfront. The view was very nice of the pool and then the beach. The beach is very wide at Isle of Palm so something to consider if a senior citizen. But it is very flat and was easy to walk on. The pool was a very good size and clean . September was an excellent time to come as not very crowded. The beds were comfortable. There were sufficient dishes. I’d only add a few more pictures on the walls and a few different colors since all the walls were the same light aqua and light beige. That would give it more of a homey look and not just a rental condo feel. But the aqua is a pleasant color and the condo was very comfortable for our needs. The master bedroom on top floor has great views. All in all I’d definitely recommend this place to others.

Great beach vacation !

We stayed at this home in July 2021 for a week. We had a great stay. Overall, the condo is a great location on IOP right next door to the Boardwalk hotel and new Seagrass Inn. Beach is truly gorgeous and the proximity of the beach is outstanding, could not be any closer. The complex pool was nicely maintained and not huge, but never really crowded. The condo overlooks the pool. And the pool would be good for young kids. There are a couple flights of stairs, not a problem for us but just worth mentioning. The condo was comfortable, a little dated on kitchen and bathrooms but was comfortable. It could use a little cleaning (moldings, laundry area) and our only minor complaint was the 1982 drip coffeemaker needs to be upgraded (or bring your own Keurig!) It also would be helpful to supply some beach towels so we didn’t need to bring them. But overall this is a great spot for a beach vacation and would we recommend!

Great Location

The location, views and beach access were great. The condo itself is laid out nicely. However, the carpet is badly stained and the couch coverings were stained as well. Bathroom tubs were not adequately clean nor was the hardwood floor. A thorough cleaning would make this a 5 star.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Would stay again. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The only things missing were Tupperware for leftovers and sufficient large plates for dinner.

Winter break 2020

Older property but as expected. Great views and clean. Pics do it justice. Walls very thin-construction in unit below was disruptive but property manager was super nice and gave us a $ break. Ice cold showers half the time with no previous use. Likely hot water heater needs repair. Overall a nice accommodation!
