About this property

Wonderful Oceanfront Condo overlooking Pool & Beach new renovations January 2025

New Kitchen and bath, fresh paint throughout. Pictures available late February 2025
Located on the first floor- the large spacious living, dining and kitchen area overlook both the beach and oceanfront pool – exclusively for Seagrove Guest. The porch has a separate door leading to stairs that give an even more direct beach and pool access. All of this and it is just steps to the beach!

The open style interior allows the condo to live very large – with lots of space to just kick back and relax. Completely redecorated in January 2022, we have tried to think of everything you’ll need to begin enjoying your low country vacation.

The master bedroom offers a king bed (with soft and comfy 100% cotton sheets - perfect for extra softness when you’ve had a hard day of playing in the sun!) The master bath has a spacious walk in shower with a blissful rain style shower head.

Around the corner and down the hall, the guest suite is completely private. With a King bed and its own bathroom, guest will feel like they are staying in the master bedroom!

Both bedrooms have their own wall mounted large TVs and of course, we have top speed internet (1.2 GIG) top speed so even if you must do a little work while on vacation, we’ve tried to ease the burden as much as we can.

All of this and you are within very short walking distance of the heart of Wild Dunes – the Grand Pavilion, Village shops, Sweetgrass Convention center, hotel, shops, and dining.

We hope you will choose to stay with us and enjoy our little slice of heaven in Wild Dunes!

We have stayed at quite a few beach rentals in Isle of Palms and elsewhere and this was by far the best one. The property was nicely decorated and appointed and was exactly as advertised. The view is fantastic as is the location. We would definitely rent again and would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at 3B Seagrove! Ocean views, walking/bike trails, and excellent restaurants nearby. We took advantage of the short drive to Charleston. We would definitely stay here again!! 10/10

Property is on second floor, similar to most buildings, raised with parking underneath. Kitchen was very well equipped. We couldn’t have needed anything else for dishes, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils. Plenty of towels and pillows galore! Pictures of property are accurate and the front deck looks out to the dunes and ocean. Swimming pool is very near and accessible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to isle of palms. The condo was very well appointed, spacious and very clean. Plus, it had the must picturesque view of the pool and the ocean from the deck. We hope to come back again!

The view from the room was incredible and the ocean was visible. The pool was also visible from the room. The room was easy to get in and out and to the beach and pool. Will definitely be staying here again.

We were surprised how close we were to the beach, we were right there!!! Beachside and poolside! The unit’s kitchen was more than adequately equipped, there was plenty of room for 4 of us and we are looking forward to returning! We would have loved if the outdoor ceiling fan worked and if there was a roller shade on the side of the deck. The outdoor seating area has such an amazing view it would have been better if there was a bit more shade and the fan.

Terrific property and location!

Family- and kid-friendly property! Worked out well for our family in terms of layout. Unobstructed view of the pool and just steps from the beach. Short walk to the pavilion and hotel. We loved this property and will be back!

Check-in process was super easy. Couldn’t beat the location… easy access to the beach and community pool. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean.
