We are offering a charming 135 m² Landes-style home, fully renovated in 2020, with a heated pool and air conditioning.<br>It is located on an 800 m² lot at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the village.<br>It features a large kitchen that opens onto the living room, which has a wood-burning stove, as well as 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 separate toilets, including 1 separate one.<br>There is a chicken coop and a vegetable garden, so fresh eggs and a few tomatoes will be available for you.<br>You’ll be located 10–15 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, Hossegor, and Seignosse. Shops are a 5-minute walk away, and a supermarket is 1 km away.

Très chouette maison

Maison fort agréable à proximité de l’océan et des restaurants/commerces tout en étant située au calme. Les propriétaires sont fort accueillants. On y a passé de superbes vacances
