Very nice recent villa, quiet ground floor on the edge of the forest, 3 minutes from the international golf Moliets and Maa built by Robert Trent Jones in the forest of Landes, near the beach (4min from the beach) .pas vis screw.
Living room 90 m2, high ceiling.
Equipped kitchen (American fridge), bar.
4 bedrooms with double bed including 2 sharing the same bathroom.
An office with a sofa bed comfort (1m 60 by 2 m) overlooking a terrace facing north is ideal for breakfast in the morning.
Suitable for 8 to 10 people or 2 families.







Very large terrace around the pool (built in 2013).

Outdoor solar shower near swimming pool. In summer, a swimming pool comes twice a week to maintain the pool.
The price includes all consumption (electricity and water) as well as tourist taxes

Bike path accessible in front of the house for a walk in the forest or loan of the ocean for many kilometers. Beware, the Landes, it's not flat everywhere!
The mountain bike is ideal.

The area is renowned for surfing all year round. Many spots for amateurs or confirmes. As well as many golf courses for confirmed and beginners nearby (hossegor, seignosse, chiberta, arcangues, bassassuray ...) passable all year long

Climate: Lots of sunshine all year round. Nice in and out season

Atmosphere: located near a pine forest where the atmosphere is calm and very relaxing.

Commerce: the villa is located 50m from a hypermarket and 200m from small shops (grocery, pharmacy, bakery, tobacco press ...)

Die Lage und das Grundstück des Hauses sind top. Innen ist es in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen gewissen Renovierungsstau . Z.B Im Bad und separaten WC kommen Fliesen hoch. Gläser und Geschirr zusammengewürfelt und defekt. Das Objekt hätte deutlich mehr Potential

PARFAIT EN FAMILLE

La propriété est moderne, bien agencée et bien placée pour les commerces, près des pistes cyclables. Nous avons passé un séjour délicieux en famille avec ados, adultes et un bébé, la piscine est nickel, à l'intérieur tout est neuf et de bonne qualité, dans le garage, de quoi avoir de nombreux loisirs (table de ping pong, vélos, pétanque...) . Et nous avons été parfaitement accueillis et suivis par Séverine et Arnaud . Nous étions neuf, de 2 à 56 ans et nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci encore à nos hôtes. Nous reviendrons si nous en avons la possibilité
