Entire apartment is for guests and offers an affordable, clean, and relaxing place to stay. Kitchen with necessary pans/utensils is provided and smart TV (no cable) allows you to enjoy your favorite shows via your Netflix or Hulu account. Wifi and other amenities are included to enhance your stay. We are a young couple who love to provide our guests with Texas hospitality.

Yes, Jonathan was very attentive to our emails. Bed was very comfortable. The internet was very sporadic so we weren’t able to watch TV much. But, we were there to watch baseball and the field was 5 minutes away!

Mistakes fixed promptly

Property was not cleaned upon arrival but host came right away and cleaned. Location to stadium was awesome. Lots of noise outside at night (people, dog barking) but no fault of owners there. Would stay again

Perfect location for sports fans.

My son and I go away every year we wanted to go to Texas this year. We were able to walk to the Dallas stadium and the Rangers baseball stadium. We were surprised how many places they were to eat and shop. We felt very safe around there. The accommodations were all we needed. We had no issues whatsoever..

Comfortable, but pricey

Overall, we were comfortable with the apartment we rented, just not with the price we paid for what we got. We paid almost 1300.00 for the 4 day stay. The apartment is old and needs a bit of work. We paid less to stay in a luxury cabin twice the size as well as a vacation home which was old but well maintained. The shower water knob took a bit to get figured out (knob stripped). Also there was no cable, which was mentioned in the advertisement, but for the cost the rental,, there should have been cable TV or at least a TV antenna to catch Sunday Football.

Hi Tracy! Yes, as mentioned in advertisement we do not have cable. Also, we are 2 blocks from the stadium so our price varies depending on if it's a Cowboys gameday weekend as we are only 2 blocks from the stadium. Our place is nothing fancy at all, but we are very transparent with the age of our building as well as all amenities offered, and are actually much less in price than other places around. Our price and listing are incredibly clear prior to booking. In addition we offer free parking whereas parking this close to the stadium starts at $100 per vehicle. Most folks seem to appreciate the 2 bed with the full kitchen so they can cook! Hope you folks were able to enjoy walking to the game in less than 5 minutes! Thank you for letting us know about the knob on here, if we had known there was a problem we would have been happy to come fix it right away. Jonathan

Don’t Recommend

If you can live with mold in the bathtub, filthy laundry room and machines, dirty silverware in the drawer, broken blinds, holes in the wall and ceilings, and an overall dismal place. In addition two families arrived after we did, one left immediately due to cleanliness issues, and one the next day. I have pictures to prove it, and owner would not issue a cleaning refund, even though we had to clean the apartment ourselves,

Great for going to AT&T Stadium!

The property and the owners were great. Everything was there as described and it was so great to just walk 2 blocks and be at the AT&T Stadium! Looking to stay there every year.

just what we needed

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was CLEAN, beds were comfy, and it was really nice that the heat was on when we arrived because it was FREEZING! I was also happy that there was soap in the bathroom because I totally forgot to bring that. I think the heater duct must've been by the towel storage because it felt like they just came out of dryer, which was nice!! :) Yes, you can hear people walking around upstairs, but that didn't bother us what-so-ever!! When at OUR apartment, we can hear full conversations. It was a perfect distance to the stadium and really good restaurants, we here hoping for better weather to have walked to the stadium because that is how close it was. I hope this place is available next year when we come back for the same event. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Nice place

Overall I am satisfied. Place was clean and worth every bit the price. Some issues with pull out sofa bed is bent so you have to force out/in. Master bed makes loud noise every time you roll over. Hot water not very hot.

The apartment is in a small four plex apartment. It is clean and nicely redone, but within an older building. We rent each of the four apartments out.
