Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
1. Please take all trash out to the trashcan on the patio. 2. Strip all bedding & towels and put in the laundry room on the floor. 3. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
4. Put all remotes back in the rooms they belong to. Lost remotes will be a $50 charge. 5. Any lost key will be a $25 charge. 6. Leave each AC set at 75° during hot months and 70° during cold months
7. Turn off all lights. 8. If BBQ Grill or patio furniture is used during your stay, clean and replace cover. 9. Finally make sure the doors are securely shut as the doors automatically lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Host was very responsive in communicating prior to check-in. Property was in an excellent location to parks and arenas. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Floor plan was cool. The place was comfy and no household dirt was visible. But, there were roaches in the kitchen and in at least 1 bedroom. Owners contacted but no response. We purchased some Raid and did what we could.

We stayed for 2 nights and found it to be so welcoming and comfortable! The communication with John was excellent and we found it to be even better than it appeared in pictures! Very nicely stocked with welcome snacks and bathroom essentials. Very roomy, including the grassed fenced back yard for our fur babies! The location is spectacular for all the games and concerts. Conveniently located just off I 30, taking you to either Dallas or Ft Worth. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay in beautiful home.

I loved our stay here. It was a beautiful home with everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Owner is fantastic and made sure we checked in ok and had everything we needed. We do not really stay in hotels anymore and use Vrbo for our trips. This was certainly one of the best stays we have had. I highly recommend staying here. .

Perfect game day stay

Perfect place to stay with family and friends, plenty of space! It’s perfect walking distance to AT&T Stadium if you’re heading out to games. Backyard is nice and open, great place to hang out in the evening.

We went to the Dallas Cowboys game. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to and from the Stadium safely in very nice neighborhood. The walk was only about 15 minutes. The host was very good at answering any questions about the place with Quick Response time. What I seen of the place is it is very family friendly and definitely 5 Star cleanliness. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

My lifelong friend (Sterling), older brother (Dale), and myself (John) have been investing in real estate the last few years and recently came across this home. We all live in the greater DFW and are all huge sports fans. We entertain family and friends that come to visit Dallas on a regular basis, Arlington is always a staple on the top of their list.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
The Dallas Cowboys are the biggest ticket in town. Not to mention the concert's and big events held at AT&T stadium throughout the year. You have baseball season also with Globe Life Stadium which is the home of the Texas Rangers. If theme parks and water parks are the family adventures you are after, you have chosen the right locale. Nigh life choices don't get any better either. Texas Live is an indoor climate control adult version of a food court. Lot's of bars/restaurants/lounges to choose from. Then the cherry on top, 20 minutes to downtown Dallas or Ft. Worth.
