We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is peaceful and relaxing, yet perfectly situated for exploring the surrounding area and visiting many local attractions.The apartment has a lovely modern feel and is equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It genuinely feels like a home away from home. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and even the bedroom smelled amazing!The views from the apartment are beautiful, and the infinity pool was a lovely added bonus. It really is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing break while still being within easy reach of everything.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again!

Another great apartment

This is our 4th time staying in las ramblas absolutely love it. Always a different apartment, this apartment was lovely everything was there that was needed. Car is essential for this area. Check in was easy with Mark Grainger who lives close by and is always there if needed. Will definitely be using Vince Segers again in the future thanks.

We had a wonderful time in this modern and very well equipped apartment. The welcome by Rebeca was professional and the apartment very clean. The view is fantastic and the infinity pool is a must. The terrace is very well equipped and oriented with sun even in winter. We golfed at Las Ramblas, Las Colinas and Villamartin on beautiful greens. Shops, beaches and restaurants are very close with animation even in winter. We will be back for sure. Thanks,

Lovely Apartment amazing pool

Great location a short walk along canal to shops restaurants, the apartment was well equipt with all you need to make your stay comfortable. Balcony was lovely with great views of pool and greenery, on a clear day sea view. Pool towels provided along with sun loungers incase the 6 around the pool were being used (we only needed to use these once in the month we were there). The iron broke whilst there and a new one was delivered the same day which was great service.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Umgebung

Wir haben die 4 Wochen in der gut eingerichteten sehr schönen Wohnung genossen. Sehr schöne Aussicht und gepflegte Umgbung. Zudem wurden wir von Rebeca bestens betreut. Wir kommen wieder.

Superbe appartement

Appartement remarquablement bien exposé plein sud et super bien équipé ( machine à café Nespresso, mixer, presse-agrumes électrique, grille pain, bouilloire, tv grand écran avec chaînes françaises… climatisation, chauffage, bref tout le confort. Les gérants immobiliers aussi bien Vincent que Rebecca très disponibles et à notre écoute. Un séjour réussi.

Merveilleux séjour !

Tout d'abord, nous tenons à remercier Rebecca pour son accueil professionnel. Ensuite, nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet appartement moderne, très propre et très bien équipé (cuisine équipée au top avec four, micro-ondes, taque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle et même un lave-linge), 2 salles de bain modernes. Nous avons été également conquis par la vue imprenable de la terrasse sur la réserve naturelle, la mer et la piscine à débordement. Même en plein hiver, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse car celle-ci est bien orientée. La situation de l'appartement permet un accès rapide aux commerces, plages et restaurants qui restent animés même en hiver. La possibilité de jouer au golf à Las Ramblas, Las Colinas et Villamartin est évidemment un plus. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir, Merci,

Endroit merveilleux !

Magnifique propriété avec une superbe vue ! Il ne manque absolument rien dans cet appartement et tout est décoré avec goût . La terrasse est très agréable avec vue sur la piscine et le site naturel .
