This was a clean, safe property for a family group of ten to explore Memphis. Bill was very quick and receptive in his responses. It was an excessively hot weekend but the house’s temperature stayed well-regulated. It was a perfect place to meet our needs!

We stayed here for 4 weeks in August 2026 as our granddaughter was being treated for cancer ar St Judes in Memphis. The location was great and the unit was very well stocked. It also was very clean. We walked in the mornings and the neighborhood felt very safe. The owner was very responsive and he was a great host. We highly recommend this property while in Memphis.

This property was perfect for our stay here. It is very spacious and accommodated 8 adults and a sixteen year old with plenty of room and beds for all of us. Would definitely consider this property for trips to Memphis in the future.

Wonderful property in a reallly nice neighborhood. Home was very spacious and had everything you would need for your stay. Bill was a wonderful host.I would highly recommend staying here if visiting the Memphis area - we were close to everything.

This was a great place to stay. Convenient to our purpose for the visit. Near some pretty awesome restaurants and stores. Bill gave us some great places to eat and we weren't disappointed. We will use this house again when we visit next year.

Perfect place to stay in Memphis! Nice quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. House was very clean and comfortable. We cooked in both nights, but several restaurants a short drive away. Very close to Overton Park which had beautiful trails.

What a great stay. The house was more than accommodating for our family of 5 plus the dog. Bill was a very gracious host eager to make our stay enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and right around the corner from everything. We will stay here again!

Great house in a wonderful location. Only complaint (traveling with our pup) is that it would have been ideal if the yard was completely fenced in? Other than that it was a nice spot.

This beautiful home was in a charming historic neighborhood district with ample parking. The property itself is surprisingly roomy and modernized either very nice appliances and bathrooms — all while keeping the historic charm of the house. This is excellent for different couples since there are multiple rooms with their own en suite bathrooms with shower and bath. The owner was extremely prompt in replying and very accommodating to any needs. It was a very short drive to Rhodes College and Overton Park.

Great place

Very clean and spacious. Has all the essential amenities and is very well located. We stayed only one night and wished we could've stayed longer. Host was very nice and helpful and had great recommendations for us.

Very easy checkin and checkout process. Plenty of space for a larger group to stay and relax. Recently updated with newer showers and bathrooms.

Memphis Ballgame

Very easy resident to find of off the highway, lovely residential neighborhood and very quiet. House is immaculate, large and very nice place to stay. Great place, easy to reserve and highly recommend.

The house was exactly as described. The rooms were large and accommodating to our group of 5 and in fact we had plenty of room for more. Bill checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was safe and convenient to everything. The neighborhood was adorable. Be sure to check out Central Barbeque! It was yummy!

Christmas stay

Family met in Memphis for christmas for 3 days because it was centrally located. It’s everything it says it was in the other reviews. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
