Experience an amazing CORNER island home in close proximity to Mississippi River & 5 minute's drive to Memphis downtown / medical district. Ample patio space for kids to have fun. Both room downstairs. Tv in living room (50), master room (42) & Guest (42)
We are new hosts but have travelled around the world & aim to use that experience to create a comfortable & memorable stay for you.

LOCALS are NOT ALLOWED. Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 6 am. Guest will be charged for any damages or item missing.

Very clean! Comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again! Nice cold air conditioning. Firm but comfortable beds. Only recommendation is to get a larger coffee pot( 4 cup coffee pot was the only one provided) but otherwise great stay!

Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Nice single story home in quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to downtown Memphis. Can walk to Greenbelt walking path along the river. Dishwasher and washer/dryer. Nicely equipped kitchen. Second bedroom has a full bed. Lots of closet space to put your belongings away. Water does get very hot so I would monitor kids. Was clean but could use some deep clean dusting in vents, on ceiling fans, under couch etc. The HVAC was also a little tricky to figure out because it was set on a schedule and kept reverting back to the schedule after we would change it. This is my third time staying here and I would stay again, thanks!
