This modern 2,115 sq. ft. townhome boasts 3 Bedrooms, 5 Baths plus an attached 2-Car Garage. It sleeps 8 and lives large. Guests will enjoy the carefully curated luxury furnishings and high end amenities. It is a retreat that soothes the mind, body and soul.

The views are stunning rain, snow or shine from three levels of decks overlooking the 10th green of the Canyon’s Golf Course and the lower Park City valley. You have a beautiful view of the Swaner Nature Preserve and the Uinta mountains by day and city lights at night.

The master bedroom includes a spa-like bathroom with a heated floor, double sink, and steam shower room that includes a tub, rain shower head, and a hand-held shower head with two bench seats. The 3rd floor master bedroom includes a view deck, a fireplace, sitting area, and Peloton bike for guest use. The King Sleep Number bed offers adjustable sleep settings, head & foot positions, plus foot warming. Outside the master is a laundry room and a cozy guest room with a queen size bed and a view of the mountains and the DreamCatcher ski runs.

The main floor great room includes a view deck, BBQ and fire pit. The dining room table seats eight and the kitchen bar includes seating for four. The family room includes a fireplace and comfortable seating in front of a 65” smart TV. The gourmet kitchen boasts modern appliances and is fully equipped for any in-home family meals. The main floor also includes a guest master suite with mountain views. This guest room also includes a King Sleep Number bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The lower floor is a perfect movie room/den and includes a full bath and a sofa-bed that can sleep 1-2 children or two twin-size foam mattresses can be set up in place of the sofa bed to sleep two adults. Every bedroom includes a smart TV with cable.

Juniper Landing includes a junior Olympic-size salt water pool, fitness center with hot tub, sauna, and steam shower. The pool and hot tub are just 90 feet away and are heated year round.

PARKING: Two Car Attached Garage includes bench seating and storage for all your ski gear. The garage also includes a boot dryer to keep your ski and snow equipment dry and warm. Another bonus is the kids can use the 10th fairway for sledding! There are a few sledding options in the garage and you can sled for hours!

SKI ACCESS: You are just a short 4 minute walk to the Frostwood Gondola which takes you up to the Canyons Village for access to skiing both the Canyons and Park City resorts and dining options ranging from fine-dining, après or grab-and-go. Dining and spa services at the Waldorf Hotel are just icing on the cake!

TRANSPORTATION: During Ski Season there is complimentary on-demand guest transportation available, courtesy of the free Canyons Village Connect service.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund less a 3% service fee, if you cancel for any reason at least 60 days in advance of check-in. If you cancel LESS than 60-DAYS in advance of check-in AND WE ARE ABLE to RE-RENT your dates, you will receive a prorated refund. There is no refund If we are unable to re-rent your dates.
