Property is located in the beloved Blackstone complex located in Canyons Village. Condo is on top floor - zero neighbors above - and comes with one free garaged parking spot (additional parking is open air).

The Actual Space-
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with quartz counter tops and Viking appliances. Kitchen will have everything you need for cooking during your stay. Salt, pepper and olive oil will be stocked as well as a start of coffee. **We leave additional spices and condiments, but they are not guaranteed.

Living Room/Dining Room: Beautiful windows let in lots of natural light, fireplace and large screen TV (with streaming and cable) and table that comfortably seats 8 (additional seating at counter).
Balcony has outdoor seating and a BRAND NEW high end natural gas grill!

Master Bedroom #1: King size bed, with luxury linens and premium mattress, private fireplace, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and beautiful walk-in shower. *Located on main level

Master Bedroom #2: King size bed, smart TV, fireplace, balcony and en-suite bathroom with bath/ shower combo. *Located on main level

First time at PC, and we loved it. This location is close to Canyon Village. Beautiful place with all the amenities. Very clean! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with coffee, dishes, amd a wonderful touch with the delicious cookies. I was able to wash clothes with the stocked laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Fireplace in the bedrooms was amazing! Spacious and cozy. One of the most warm and inviting places we have stayed at. Thank you!

We stayed at the Blackstone Condo for Christmas. This condo was great for our family of 6. It is spacious, very clean and equipped with all the necessities. The location is perfect. Very close to Canyons Village and the transit center to grab a shuttle. The gym (though small had the essentials for a workout). The pool and hot tub were very useful. Sarah was an excellent host who provided plenty of information and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Very Clean easy to get to lifts by walking to Gondola or taking advantage of the free shuttle that picks up at the front door. Bummed the Hot Tub was out of commission for our entire stay

Amazing Weekend Stay

What a great property. Check-in was easy and they accommodated and earlier check-in than advertised. The place was very well-appointed and comfortable! I can't say enough about the free shuttle in the Canyons area. Just download the app and it works like Uber. We used it to get around the whole time as parking is limited in the Canyons and it will drop you off at any of the lifts.

Mountain Getaway

Five of us stayed for one week over Christmas, and were very happy with the accommodations. The condo is new, very modern, clean and well-stocked, and there was plenty of room for the five of us. Check-in was easy and communication with host was outstanding (very responsive). Walking distance to Cabriolet gondola (couple hundreds-ish yards). We would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

We had a great stay in Blackstone 302. The hosts did an excellent job of making check-in and departure easy, with very little for us to do upon departure. The condo is well stocked with much more than what we are used to seeing in a typical VRBO rental, including a well-stocked kitchen that included things like blenders and crock pots, but also basics like shampoo and conditioner, ziploc bags and bug spray, etc. these little extra items go a long way to making a visit easy. The pool was a nice addition for hot days. Easy walk up to the upper village at Canyons for hiking or dinner/drinks, and short drives to Old Town or other places in the area. If you are looking for an easy and enjoyable experience, this condo is a good choice.

Super pleasant condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sarah's place. She was super flexible about changing our dates and our check-in time. Thanks very much for the baby bed & high chair. Essential! Though this is not ski in/out in my opinion (hence the 4 *), I probably should have read the reviews more carefully. The shuttle was essential and super. The kitchen was easy to cook in, with everything we needed.

Blackstone Townhouse

Our stay at Blackstone was wonderful. The townhouse was very clean, well equipped, lovely decor and convenient to Canyons ski area. Sarah, the owner, was extremely attentive to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend staying at this amazing townhouse. I would also like to commend the honest cleaning crew who returned a precious necklace I left in the master bathroom. Thank you!

Great accomodations for family ski trip

We stayed at the property for a spring family ski trip. The property was very clean and new, with space for all 8 of us. The kitchen/dining/living area was well suited for our large group.We used the Canyons Village shuttle service for most of our short transits to/from the mountain base (5 mins). A few times closer to the weekend, the wait was longer for a shuttle but still a viable transportation option. We also took an Uber to Park City restaurant one night and that was convenient as well.We had a small issue with a refrigerator handle and the host was very responsive, and had it fixed the same day.We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo!!

This property was beautiful! One of the cleanest we have every stayed in. Sarah was an awesome host! It was as described in the details BUT beware of the VRBO filter of ski in/ski out. Having stayed in other ski in/ski out properties in the past, I would not classify this property as ski in/ski out. You had to walk a decent distance to get to the lift. Going downhill in the morning was much easier than the uphill climb back in the evening. The on demand shuttle worked very well for getting us back and forth to the slopes. (But I don't consider needing a shuttle as ski in/ski out). I had spoken with Sarah before booking about the location, and she was very honest with me about the details. I really appreciated the upfront information. Take away for us was not to depend on VRBO's filters!

Canyons Gem

This is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed. The condo is in a beautiful building and the unit is stunning. Very well appointed. Extremely comfortable beds and the bedrooms have an abundance of drawer space. My wife felt this unit had the best kitchen of any place we have stayed. The gas fireplaces generate lots of heat so there is less reliance on the HVAC system. Excellent washer and dryer. The property is not really ski in ski out but is very convenient to the village lifts. I will say the walk to the Cabriolet gondola in ski boots while carrying skis is not fun. The walk back is worse as it is mostly uphill. What worked for us is parking in the free lost by Cabriolet. This makes it very easy to get up to skiing. The CV Connect is also a great option. It is free and easily accessible. We can't say enough about the host, Sarah Brown.Very gracious, and helpful. She is very responsive. Overall we had an outstanding time and would be happy to return here.

Great place! Amazing place - amenities in the house is amazing! Viking Appliances - super comfortable mattresses and beds. All the basics needed soaps, shampoo, dishwasher, garbage bags - literally everything! The hot tub is nice, a bit of a walk, the pool was heated...the location is not truly a ski n ski out - but the shuttle is free and takes you anywhere in the area, but downtown Park Cities, 15 uber ride takes care of that. Was a perfect spot for our families to gather after a long day skiing. Not true ski in/ski out, but very accessible to the village shuttle that picks you up from the door. The kitchen was the most stocked one we’ve ever stayed in, with lots of Tupperware, pots, good knives, etc. very cozy space. Highly recommend. Sarah was also very responsive to our questions, which was greatly appreciated.
