5000 Sq Ft Custom, Detached Ski-in, Ski-Out Private Home Directly on the Slope!

This is the home that you either ski by or ride the lift by and are shouting to us 'We Love Your House-can we come and join you”!You can practically reach out and loop touch Chair 15 while enjoying an after-ski dip in the Jacuzzi. If you are looking for a spacious mountain home this is for you. This home is located in Juniper Ridge, directly on Chair 15/Eagle Express.

Upstairs you will find a bright and open Great Room with a beautiful river rock fireplace and Large Screen Smart TV. The Great Room opens to a brand new competely furnished kitchen, a rustic slopeside bar, and a huge deck overlooking the ski run. On the lower level there is a family room with a pool table, shuffleboard table and another Large Screen Smart TV. All this with a view of the mountains and the slope.

This 5000 sq. ft. custom home is completely furnished with a total of 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. One master suite/media room/with queen bed upstairs. One large guest bedroom upstairs with king bed. One large guest bedroom with king bed downstairs. Two dorm-style bedrooms downstairs that each sleep four in bunk beds. There are a total of seven bathrooms.

It has a large upper slope-side deck as well as a lower deck with a jacuzzi.
Parking for four cars.
We rent our property a limited number of weeks throughout the year. 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, $17,5000 PER WEEK + 15% TOT Tax. MLK Holiday and Easter are available. Christmas and President Holiday weeks available $20,000 per week + 15% TOT Tax. Not available New Years. Rates differ during summer and fall. Would consider a house swap. The Best Ski Trip Ever

The location of this cabin is epic. We had 3 families there (13 total people) and we had more than enough space. The majority of our time was spent on the back deck around the fire pit. The house is stocked with pretty much anything you could need for your stay. The ease of getting on the mountain was ridiculous, and we saved so much money by being able to just pull up to the house for food and beverages. The Owners are fantastic. Penny answered all of my questions, and the house was in immaculate shape when we arrived. We will definitely be back. I would recommend this house to anyone who loves the ease of a ski-in/ski-out winter vacation. I could not be more stoked that we chose to stay here. It was amazing. We look forward to staying there again next year. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Great Christmas vacation.

This house was everything we could have imagined. It had more than enough room for our party of 6 adults and 7 kiddos(9-18). It was great having two separate living areas for the adults and kids to hang out in. The best part of the house was its location. It was truly ski in/out. We have stayed at other ski in/out homes that require a little walk to get to the slopes. Not this place, slope was steps from the back deck. At the end of the day, I could board all the way to the side door unbuckle my board and be two steps from the house. The owners were great to work with. One of the families had ordered a Christmas tree to be sent to the house, and Penny had the package waiting for us in front of the fireplace. We couldn’t have been more please with how well the house was stocked with everything. The only thing you will need is groceries from Vons, everything else is provided from spices to paper products. Thanks for allowing us to have such a great and relaxing Christmas ski trip in your wonderful home.

Perfect ski-in ski-out house for a large group

The house is a true ski-in ski-out right on the slopes. It was the perfect house for our family vacation with 12 adults. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which was so nice for a large group. Having two sitting areas was convenient and we had a lot of fun using the pool table. The kitchen has everything you need too. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and were super helpful. A comfortable, wonderful vacation house - we hope to be back!

Perfect Family House

The layout of the house is perfect for a large group but still works for fewer people. The bedrooms are separated from each other and works perfect when people want to sleep in the morning. The location is great with walking paths for hiking. One of our favorite things was being right on slope. Since the lift wasn't open yet the kids were able to sled all day long. The house is equipped with everything needed to cook and enjoy your stay. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. Definitely a "Dream House".

Beautiful in the winter but also amazing even in the summer.

We had been to Mammoth Mountain in the winter to ski and wanted to see its' beauty in the summer so we rented this amazing home. It is magical. I have never seen such huge pine cones and went pine cone hunting in the glorious woods. This home is unbelievable. Best place to stay anywhere in Mammoth and worth every penny. The decorating is fantastic. Everyone can spread out yet come together around the large kitchen, dining, family room and fireplace. Hot tub, pool table, ski in, ski out. Very, Very Classy. Top of the line home. If you want to feel pampered and relaxed, this is the home to do it. You could bring a large family, grandchildren, or groups of friends or families. Plenty of room for big groups. Not many vacation homes top this in all of the U.S. It is both romantic yet roomy, private but family centered as there are so many levels and all of the many roomy bedrooms have private baths. The master suite is a true retreat. You have to see this home and treat yourself.

Why they chose this property

When we found this lot and realized it was right on the slope-we knew we had to buy it and build a vacation home here. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. All the hassles of trying to get everybody to the mountain together, finding parking, hauling skis, trying to find a seat for lunch and paying a crazy amount for it........those are all gone. Coming in for lunch or happy hour after skiing and being able to sit on the deck and talk to people in the lift or to the people going by, turning on some good music, sitting in the jacuzzi..... it is awesome. Sharing it with family and friends makes it even better. Even if you are not a skier or a boarder you won't feel like you got left behind!
