COMPOSITION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
On the ground floor: A living room with open kitchen,
a bedroom, 140 cm bed, a bathroom (shower and sink), a separate toilet.
Upstairs: two bedrooms with 140 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, a bathroom with a toilet.

The house is located in a small holiday residence.

EQUIPMENT:
Fridge/freezer, induction hob, mini-oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, small appliances, garden furniture.
Fibre WiFi connection.
BB bed available on request (free of charge)

Household linen (sheets and towels) can be rented from the concierge service. The tenant undertakes to do a complete cleaning of the accommodation before departure. Cleaning option to be ordered and paid for when the keys are handed over.

The swimming pool is open from May to October.

CLOSE TO THE HOUSE
At the Château d'Oléron, daily market and all shops accessible 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike by the cycle paths.
Large sandy beaches on the west coast (Vert-bois, Grand Village, Saint Trojan).
The island of Oléron has many cycle paths and the most beautiful beaches of the island are quickly accessible by bike from the residence.
Port du Château and Vauban citadel, with its restaurants and typical artists' huts, many bars, typical and gastronomic restaurants, oyster tasting.
The Port des Salines is nearby, visit the salt marshes in activity and the ecomuseum, boat trips in the channels.
Thalassotherapy centre in Saint Trojan.

ACTIVITIES:
Surfing and sand yachting (school and rental) in Grand-Village and Vert-Bois.
Ideal kite flying practice on huge beaches.
Fishing on foot at low tide (10 minutes by bike).
