Excellent views! Pool was amazing. The outside patio with entertainment was a bonus! Great location, it was super easy to access trails, uptown etc. 10 out of 10.

This house was amazing! After having stayed here for six days, I can’t even imagine experiencing Sedona in a hotel. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the hot tub overlooking the red rocks, and the entire outdoor space was the absolute best! The house was well equipped and beautifully decorated. It was in a subdivision, but on a dead and street so it felt very private. We had one small confusion with the spa and pool, but it was quickly resolved. Stayed here with another couple and we each had our own side of the house with plenty of space. Cannot recommend this house enough!

Great house, very spacious and functional for our family of 5. Beautiful outdoor living area with pool, grill, TV, streaming audio capabilities. And the views! Pictures don’t do it justice. Perfect location in West Sedona, convenient to everything. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolute beautiful property, very clean and neat. Excellent communication with the host as well. We could not get the pool to heat even after reaching out to host on several occasions. Attempts still were not successful. We were really hoping to use the pool during our stay. Otherwise we would give this a 5 star without a doubt!

As we explained, the pool and spa share one pump, so the pool functions need to be turned off before selecting Spa mode, and the spa requires some time to reach temperature rather than heating instantly like a standalone hot tub. We truly wish we had been able to resolve this for you during your stay and appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention.

This property was amazing. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking equipment, and supplies. Beds were comfortable. WiFi worked very well. Pictures are very accurate and the outside space was fantastic. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the pool/hot tub, using the BBQ and the sitting area with the TV. Information provided to check in and check out was very good. Loved all the information on the area and the Red Rocks Pass. Would highly recommend this property and would rent again if visit Sedona again. Thank you for making our family vacation a great experience.

Beautiful house in a breathtaking setting in Sedona. The house sits back off of a side road with the red rocks as a backdrop in the backyard. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were here in January but would love to come back when it is warmer to take advantage of the beautiful pool and jacuzzi.
