This property was amazing. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking equipment, and supplies. Beds were comfortable. WiFi worked very well. Pictures are very accurate and the outside space was fantastic. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the pool/hot tub, using the BBQ and the sitting area with the TV. Information provided to check in and check out was very good. Loved all the information on the area and the Red Rocks Pass. Would highly recommend this property and would rent again if visit Sedona again. Thank you for making our family vacation a great experience.

Beautiful house in a breathtaking setting in Sedona. The house sits back off of a side road with the red rocks as a backdrop in the backyard. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were here in January but would love to come back when it is warmer to take advantage of the beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

The home is beautiful but our main reason for the stay was the hot tub. You have to manually turn it on and it takes three hours to heat. The system automatically shuts off every two hours so keeping it warm for our 2 nights was very difficult. The clock on the wall in the main bedroom is loud. I would recommend one that does not tick tock.
