It’s a very nice place to stay. Just not as private as I thought it was. The neighbors are close by. But a wonderful setting nonetheless! Very comfortable and well appointed!!

Spring Break trip

What an awesome property in a perfect location. We loved being situated down in the Oak Creek area and this property offered the perfect place to return to after busy days exploring the Sedona area. The experience was perfect in every way. Highly recommend.

Breathtaking views and beautiful hoome

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and exactly as listed. The host was polite and responsive. The location was perfection. The views from the property and hot tub were breathtaking. And stargazing was incredible including views of the Milky Way! We’d rent this property again.

Wow, what a perfect house and location this was for us. Three of us try to get together somewhere every year, and this year we chose Sedona. The house was every bit as nice as it looks in the pictures. It was a short drive into Sedona, but we enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much, we rarely left the property.The host's communication couldn't have been better. We knew what we needed to know before we needed to know it. This was a hassle-free trip from start to finish.We all agreed, it was the best VRBO property we've booked yet!

Being a new property without many reviews, we wondered if the few 5-star reviews for this property would be accurate. This house BY FAR exceeded all our expectations! All amenities were top of the line with many personal touches throughout the house including charging blocks in the kitchen and all bedrooms, bins in the bathrooms to store your toiletries, and even a closet full of extra toiletries and a "borrow box" of random things left by previous guests to use if needed (sunscreen, etc) - great idea! Backyard views were spectacular and we used the pool and hot tub daily. We fed the birds with the birdseed provided and were rewarded with many visitors :) Nick was a great host checking in with us periodically and quickly fielding any questions we had. The binder of info provided detailed info on everything within the house along with helpful descriptions of all the local trails and other attractions. Way above and beyond any "instructions binder" youd typically find at a rental. Very quiet and peaceful area, within an easy half hour drive to uptown Sedona. We cant wait to plan another trip to AZ and stay at this beautiful property again!
