Newly Remodeled ! Completely Renovated 3 BR, 3 BA in Vail

New, rarely rented, completely renovated Timber Falls condo. You will love the brand new kitchen, bathrooms, beds, floors - everything ! We decorated and furnished this home for our family and we know you'll enjoy every minute. It's our second home for enjoying all that Vail has to offer - summer & winter.
The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bath. Second bedroom has a new queen Casper and third bedroom has 2 new twins with a connector to make it a king for 3 couples. Privacy is complete as all bedrooms are spaced out with no need to share bathrooms.
The fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets is completely brand new as are the floors throughout. The large family room has a mounted 65" Smart TV with cable and streaming ability. All the bathrooms have been completely re-done with heated river rock floors and custom tile walls. Enjoy the cool summer nights from the deck while listening to Gore creek and peering at the Gore Mountain range.
As a residential area, East Vail offers peace and tranquility as well as sweeping views of its high alpine surroundings. There are numerous hiking trails within walking distance, miles of bike paths into the village or across Vail Pass along with several waterfalls along the north facing slopes. Close by to our condo is the outdoor swimming pool and recently resurfaced tennis courts. A small grocery store and liquor store are just down the road while 2 supermarkets are located 5 miles away in West Vail. Our condo is located two blocks away from Vail Racquet Club (VRC) which has a pool, hot tubs, full gym, tennis courts, saunas, steam room and a coffee shop. A nominal daily gym fee per day per person enables unlimited access to VRC.
For getting around the continuous, free Vail bus route is a fantastic alternative to paying for parking in the village. Our condo is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and you're in the heart of Vail village in 10 minutes.

Home was very clean, and I am a huge germaphobe, but this place met my cleanliness expectations and beyond. Cutest winter and Christmas decor ever! So cozy and had everything we could possibly need, soaps, shampoos, paper towels, trash bags- very nice. Would 10/10 recommend!

Vail Ski Trip

Amazing Stay in East Vail

Our family stayed at this amazing property in East Vail. We absolutely loved the location because we could be away from the business of downtown Vail, but a quick bus ride to everything going on down there! The home was the most well outfitted homes we have stayed in. From extension cords with extra plugs and USB ports to the available spices in the kitchen, made this stay truly feel like home. I highly recommend this home for your next stay!

Perfect getaway in Vail

We truly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic condo! The condo was spacious and light-filled with beautiful views, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and even included laundry detergent and cleaning supplies, and Charlie was so accessible and easy to work with. Amazing Stay in East Vail

We had an amazing time at Charlie's condo in East Vail. We had three couples with enough room to spread out across the beautiful condo, but still fit around the couch for wine. The cool nights were perfect for just hanging out with friends. We had a great weekend all across Vail. I highly recommend Charlie as he was really quick with answers to our questions.

Annual Vail reprieve from the front range heat...

Very nice property in a quiet and perfect mountain setting. Prior Vail trips included stays right in the middle of the village, but this allowed us quiet and a bit of space from the bustle. Well-appointed and clean, this allowed our family to feel very comfortable and welcome. Would recommend and likely book again! Thank you Charlie F. ~ you were the ultimate host.

East Vail Gem

Everything from requesting to rent the property to checkout, was seamless. The description was accurate, and Charlie was very communicative and and responsive throughout. Even though we chose to drive to Lionshead / Vail Village / Golden Peak, the property is very close to the local the bus line. We highly recommend, and will look to return next season.

Wonderful brand new property, excellent hosts

This was a great location close to hiking trails, walking trails, Gore Creek to enjoy time with kids and 2 mins walk to bus stop. We used the bus service several times during our trip to visit Vail downtown and hiking trails. House is equipped with everything you need - even ski's (although we didn't use them because we were there in summer). Hosts were very prompt in their response. We enjoyed our stay at this place. It felt like home way from home since everything provided was high quality products. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

Ski Holiday Vail

Very nicely appointed condo- virtually all new surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms etc. remodeled recently. Very comfortable for our group of 6. Close proximity to vail racket club for a small daily fee for use of gym, yoga, swimming and hot tub. Nice restaurant on site at VRC. Short bus ride to Gondola 1- or we drove daily and parked in garage. Will definitely return again to this very nice setting and the host could not have been more gracious on all communications.

New year family ski trip

This condo was so perfect. It has everything you could possibly need plus more. Kitchen so we’ll equipped, bathrooms great with heated floors! Even the beds were super comfortable. We loved the location. Quiet with beautiful views and a 2 min walk to shuttle bus. Quick ride on the bus to the slopes. The host was really nice. We only needed one question answered on check in and he was great. We will definitely try to come back.

Cozy Clean Condo

We visited this property in March 2024 for a ski vacation. The condo is lovely, cozy, very clean, and totally equipped with everything that you will need for your vacation. The owners were very easy to reach and helpful. The condo is close to the bus line. The only unexpected issue was that it was on the third floor and there was no elevator. If you are bringing an elderly family member as I did, then you want to make make they can climb 2 flights of stairs. I highly recommend this condo for a ski vacation!

What’s Not to Love about this condo!

A great 3 bedroom, 3 bath space for your Vail stay! Loved that it had 3 bathrooms! Kitchen was very well equipped with all you could need, especially liked that there were many spices, Pam spray, sugar sweeter, tea…etc! Dining/kitchen table seats 6 comfortably Couch was comfy… we all took turns sitting in the corner with 2 windows w/a beautiful view, putting our feet up in the recliner! Appreciated firewood right outside our door! Appreciative of full sized shampoo and conditioner in showers AND HEATED BATHROOM FLOORS were the best! Beds were comfortable! Only 1 thing was a drawback. But we survived, it is on the 3rd floor. Yes, we would book again.

We are a family who have rented in Vail for the past 20 years we've lived in Colorado. Finally, we purchased our dream second home and hope to share it with others who love the Vail Valley, winter & summer. As they say in Vail, you "come for the winters and stay for the summers". We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do and ask that you please take care of it as if it's your home away from home.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo because we love East Vail. The summer months offer water fall hikes and nearby hiking & biking trails for all levels. The ski season is even better because you avoid the hustle, bustle and costs of the village while only 10 minutes away. The free Vail bus system is phenomenal - don't pay for parking, enjoy dinner & drinks and leave the driving to someone else.

What makes this property unique

We purchased the highest speed WiFi that we could because we often work from the condo and our multiple devices need to move fast :-). But really, we are often frustrated with slow speeds and this won't happen when you're here.
