Daniel and Deborah are co-owners of Beach Blessing 1 and go there several times a year to spruce it up and make it as much of a blessing as it can be to all of our guests.
Daniel is the author of Basic Bible Guide and Grandad Jokes.
They are originally from the east coast and moved to Colorado springs about 35 years ago.
They share six children and 10 grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

We couldn't be happier to have a condo at Avalon in Clearwater.
It is so centrally located to many major attractions, beaches, quaint towns, and downtown cities.
Even has a large, new Publix grocery store directly across the street.

What makes this property unique

We offer this condo to honor the Lord Jesus and as a blessing to all.
There is tasteful Scripture art throughout the condo and we offer a free copy of the book that Daniel wrote, Basic Bible Guide to take home with you. It is also a 501c3 nonprofit.
10% of the proceeds of the condo rentals go to this non-profit that Daniel runs as a volunteer.
