absolutely loved our stay here. dana has created a really lovely clean space that you instantly feel at home in with some lovely touches. there were plenty of amenities in the condo and we wanted for nothing - the kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. the whole neighbourhood was quiet and beautifully kept and great parking. this was an ideal location for us for the three weeks we were there and we have already started to plan our next trip.i can highly recommend both the condo and dana as a host, she was really easy to contact and was extremely helpful on our arrival.

Great spot located between airport and beaches. Perfect for one or two people. Everything you need is there. I will book again. Dana helped me with receiving a package and was very responsive when I had a question. Was there for 4 weeks on business and couldn’t have been happier. Walk to Abe’s Place for good food and drink.

This was a really nice condo close to the beaches, about 10 minutes away. It was very comfortable. Everything went well, but be aware that there’s an extra 200 in fees and 89 in insurance.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you found the condo comfortable, enjoyed the location, and that everything went well during your stay. Since the fees referenced were disclosed before booking and clearly stated and no issues with the property or stay itself were mentioned nor you ahd any questions prior, we are disappointed that the review was not rated 5 stars. We strive to provide an excellent guest experience and appreciate all feedback.

Everything was great. The only downfall was the bbq grill not being at the unit to cook on. It was down by the pool so not easy for meals. Otherwise excellent.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m so glad to hear that everything was great overall and that you had an excellent stay. I understand the inconvenience regarding the BBQ grill. The grill is located in the common area by the pool for safety reasons, rather than directly at the unit. Thank you again for staying with us, and I hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you again.

Perfect condo close to beach

My daughter and I stayed here and it exceeded expectations. Clean, great decor, 10 mins to beach, and most important, we both felt safe. We appreciated the quiet hours, and beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. Highly recommend this condo!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Clearwater. The condo was clean and perfect for my wife and 2-yr-old. The host had a pack n play for us to use. Only 15 minutes from the main Clearwater Beach. Many great restaurants with a short drive. We really enjoyed using the pool at the complex.
