Great property.

The place was very clean and had everything needed for a great carefree holiday. The pool was always clean and well maintained. Hosts Phillippe and Veronique were great. Also very close to a large supermarket and Sarlat centre. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect

Very good stay on a beautiful location. The apartment was extremely well equipped; everything was available. It was also very clean! It’s approximately 25 minutes walking to the centre of Sarlat which was a little longer than we expected but all in all had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend. The swimming pool was amazing.

Quiet location

We were greeted very warmly by Philippe and his wife, and they offered us coffee when we arrived. We were then shown around the accommodation and given details of the surrounding area and attractions. The accommodation was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was perfect for our break and in a very quiet area, but easy to find. Nothing was too much trouble for Philippe during our stay which we enjoyed immensely. We hope to return next year, and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Philippe’s apartment was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt at home. Philippe and his wife were exceptionally hospitable, warm, and welcoming, making sure that every detail of our stay was perfect. The apartment itself was impeccably organized, spotless, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a great deal of care and thought had gone into preparing the space for guests. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and inviting — a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the trip. We especially appreciated the excellent communication, thoughtful touches, and the genuine kindness of our hosts. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and truly welcoming place to stay.

Excellent location. Excellent poolLots of space and equipment. Supplies for washing machine, toilet paper, paper towelling, tissues ran out but were not replaced in subsequent weeks ( we were there for 4weeks.Extractor fan needed in bathroom. Owner pressured us to keep windows open but we had problems with flys and mosquitoes.

Chère Patricia Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps d’évaluer votre séjour. Certaines de vos remarques n’ont pas manqué de nous surprendre. En effet pour la location du gîte, et le confort de nos hôtes, nous mettons à disposition divers produits dont certains sont non contractuels, leurs présences n’impliquent pas un remplacement systématique. De plus vous ne nous avez jamais dit qu’il vous manquait quelque chose. Contrairement à vos dires la salle de bains est bien équipée d’une VMC (voir photo sur le site) En raison de la canicule nous vous avons suggéré d’aérer le logement et de ne pas stocker trop longtemps vos déchets ménagers pour éviter la présence d’odeurs et d’insectes. Nous sommes désolés mais nous ne maîtrisons pas la météo ni les mouches et moustiques. Néanmoins nous renouvelons nos remerciements pour la jolie boîte de biscuits que vous nous avez offerte lors de votre départ.

La description de l'hébergement n'est pas vraiment en phase avec la réalité : 2 pas du centre alors que c'est isolé à quelques kilomètres du centre. De plus la piscine n'était pas privatisée comme attendue. Le logement en lui même est plutôt agréable mais le propriétaire, bien que sympathique est un peu trop présent.

Vous avez peu ou mal lu le descriptif et le plan de situation, tout y était indiqué. L'hébergement est conforme à la réalité, moins de deux kilomètres pour accéder au coeur de ville, au calme sans être isolé dans un quartier prisé de Sarlat. Pour la piscine et sa plage vous n'en n'aviez pas l'exclusivité, mais vous avez toujours été seule lors vos baignades. Concernant ma présence, je me suis plié en quatre pour vous rendre de nombreux services et je vous ai véhiculé plusieurs fois suite à l'immobilisation de votre voiture. Beaucoup d'ingratitude et je reste déçu par votre hypocrisie car vous étiez avec moi dans l'échange. Heureusement j'ai souvent la chance d'accueillir des voyageurs enchantés par leur séjour ce qui m'encourage à continuer d'être un hôte.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le logement de Philippe. Tout était conforme à l’annonce. Cette location se situe proche du centre de Sarlat tout en étant au calme. Notre hôte nous a donné de bons conseils. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir si nous devions retourner sur Sarlat.

Vacances Sarlat 2024

Le gite est très propre, bien équipé et la literie au top, on a dormi comme des bébés. Nos hôtes Philippe et Véronique sont très accueillants, présents et chaleureux. Le gîte est placé sur les hauteurs de Sarlat et permet de rayonner tout autour. Il est au calme, nous le recommandons fortement. Aurélie et Daniel.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Le gite était très bien placé, très propre et contenait tous les fonctionnalités nécessaires pour passer un très bon séjour. Nous avons profité de la belle piscine. La région du Périgord noir et la ville de Sarlat sont magnifiques !
