We hadca wonderful stay! The accomodation was spotless, very well equipped and the host very welcoming. There is a lovely, private outside area too. The location was excellent to enjoy the beautiful scenerey and the many chateaux and caves. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay

Lovely gite, decorated tastefully. If you love nature, peace and quiet, this is definitely the place to stay. Very relaxing two weeks away. Béatrice et Rémy are very welcoming.

Great Stay in a Lovely Gite

We had a wonderful 7 night stay in this lovely Gite. It is nicely furnished, has a modern well equipped kitchen and a great shower. It is located in the quiet village of Meyrals which is a 20 minute drive from Sarlat. The owners live next door and are really helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the Dordogne.

Our week spent at La p'tite bergerie was superb. The host was so welcoming and helpful, yet discreet. The property itself was excellent - perfect location, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and very clean. It was also ideally situated for exploring the many sights of interest in the Perigord Noir and its surrounding areas. We would certainly recommend La p'tite bergerie.

Beautiful Gite and Wonderful Surroundings

La p'tite bergerie is a beautiful gite, and has everything you need to make your stay homely and comfortable. It is set in an absolutely lovely area, very peaceful and relaxing, but is ideally located to many other towns, villages and sights this part of the Dordogne has to offer. Beatrice and Remy are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much for them, we really felt a friendship has been formed, so much so that we will be returning in December to enjoy their gite at Christmas time...can't wait! All in all it is a must for anyone who wants to stay in a home from home and enjoy the peace and quite of the wonderful surroundings. Many thanks A & B!

Gite vraiment très agréable. Jardin et terrasse appréciés. Emplacement idéal par rapport aux points d'intérêt locaux. Points qui pourraient être améliorés : Debit internet limité et TV désuète. Vaisselle un peu juste en nombre pour remplir le lave-vaisselle. Manque petites casseroles et petite poêle.

Le logement correspond à la description et est très bien situé pour rayonner dans la région. Le gîte est situé dans une rue très calme, peu de passage, aucun bruit sauf le chant des oiseaux. Nous avons fait de belles randonnées et des visites intéressantes (les sites sont très nombreux dans la région et à proximité du gîte). Autre attrait de la région, sa gastronomie. On y mange très bien et à des prix attractifs.

Maison très agréable, au calme et parfaitement conforme aux photos.L'accueil par Maureen, la fille des propriétaires, s'est très bien passé. Elle avait cueillis des fruits dans le jardin pour notre arrivée et elle a été de bons conseils durant le séjour.

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt, bzw. ist die Unterkunft wirklich so, wie in der Ausschreibung beschrieben. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ideal für zwei Personen. Es ist gut eingerichtet (speziell erwähnenswert; die tolle, grosszügige Küche) und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Gastgeber waren ausserordentlich nett und hilfsbereit, aber angenehm diskret im Hintergrund. Insbesondere der Sitzplatz war unser bevorzugter Aufenthaltsort.Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in einem kleinen Weiler, wo es herrlich ruhig ist, aber man ist mit dem Auto schnell bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. in Saint Cyprien) oder bei praktisch allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. In der Umgebung kann man super joggen oder auch allgemein in der Dordogne Wanderungen unternehmen, wobei einem die Vermieter gute Tipps geben können. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Dieses bezaubernde Ferienhäuschen im schönen Perigord ist bezaubernd, es ist toll ausgestattet und lädt absolut zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen, waren wandern in dieser schönen Landschaft und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Cette charmante petite maison de vacances dans le beau Périgord est charmante, elle est très bien équipée et invite absolument à rester. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le temps que nous y avons passé, nous avons fait des randonnées dans ce beau paysage et nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Un super séjour !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce joli gîte, au calme, au milieu du chant des oiseaux et des nombreux lieux à visiter autour ! On recommande à 100%, allez-y les yeux fermés !

Eine wunderbare Zeit in der ptite bergerie in Meyrals

Es war wirklich in jeder Beziehung ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Gegend ist für sich genommen traumhaft zum Wandern und Radfahren, was wir dort hauptsächlich machten. Wir hatten früher in drei verschiedenen Gegenden auch hervorragende Domizile gemietet. Aber die Wohnung von Béatrice und Rémy ist im Vergleich das Beste, was wir bisher hatten. Sie ist ausgesprochen sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Ruhe, die man dort genießt, ist schon klasse. Die sehr netten Gastgeber wohnen nebenan, sind immer ansprechbar, aber ganz und gar unaufdringlich. Wir sind begeistert und können die p'tite bergerie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Der Ort Meyrals liegt sehr günstig um die Gegend um Dordogne und Vezère zu erkunden. Man kann auch direkt am Ort schöne Wanderungen machen und sollte auf jeden auch die sehr gute Bäckerei und das kleine Restaurant an der Kreuzung besuchen. Auch die historische Kirche ist sehenswert. Zum Fahrradfahren sind auf jeden Fall E-Bikes zu empfehlen, da man auf 45 km schon mal 1000 Höhenmeter macht. Wer gerne mittelalterliche Orte wie z.B. Sarlat La Caneda oder prähistorische Höhlen besucht kommt in der Gegend genauso auf ihre Kosten wie Feinschmeckerinnen. Die Natur,die Wälder sind so reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, dass man nicht genug davon bekommt.
