We were in town for a dance competition at the convention center. The location was PERFECT as it is directly across the street. There are several eating options within walking distance as well as the riverwalk right behind the convention center. The apartments are very clean and perfect for 4-6 people if you use the pullout couch for kids. My only complaint is the walls are SO thin you can hear your neighbor like they are in the room with you but that can be said for many hotels as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home with everything

I truly couldn't have asked for better a place!Our apartment had everything needed for a short stay and the place was very clean with an airy feel, big windows, and up-to-date amenities and furniture. Very peaceful, within walking distance to fun downtown - simply a wonderful experience. I will certainly be back!

Great location. Parking was a bit of a hassle but expected because of the location. My only suggestion would be to install a couple of mirrors in the bedrooms and have a few pots and pans for cooking, especially breakfast.

Great location….so clean!

We are bummed we only needed the property for one night. It was perfect for our family. Very relaxing, well appointed, super clean property. The beds and linens were great. The street noise is really not much, and after 10 we didn't hear anything. We also understand we were staying downtown. We will be back. Wonderful place to stay.

Clean Family lodgings

We were in town with the kids to visit grandparents. Not enough space at my brother's place or with Mom/Dad in the retirement community for us and the two adult children. This was convenient to both and to the lovely downtown river park. The streets were very safe and the metered parking was easy. Access was easy and felt safe. The facility is newly renovated and very clean with a full kitchen, laundry, and a spacious bathroom. Plenty of space to hang out with a couch and two stuffed chairs as well as a dining table for four. Overall just right. We _will_ stay again next time.

Great Place to Stay in Downtown Spokane

We truly enjoyed our stay at the RIverfront Apartments. The staff (from the property managers, the cleaning staff, building manager and anyone once else we interacted with) were extremely competent, friendly and accommodating. The units are very clean and comfortable. Also, the location is fantastic; you can walk to almost anywhere in downtown Spokane. I definitely recommend staying at the Riverfront Apartments.

In town for mountain biking - clean and convenient!

Great place - no issues. Walking distance to restaurants, shops (Nike, Lulu, Nordstrom etc) and the river front and only 15 minutes to the Beacon Hill bike park. Plan to bring your bikes to your room just for safety. Kitchen was great too!
