The location of the home was convenient. Having Manito park across the street was a plus long with the amazing coffee shop and bakery a few steps away. The home’s furnishings and amenities need upgrading and a fresh new look. Cleanliness was adequate. The back porch entry needs upgrading.

It was a great stay, nice place! The owner should remove the photo of the driveway as you are not allowed to park in it. The "free parking" stated in the listing is street parking only and only if it is available. Otherwise it was a great house.

Nice place to stay, would stay there again. We never could get the door security to work, so left the doors unlocked during the day. Someone broke into our rental car and stole a suitcase that was later found, missing some stuff. We heard that several cars on 18th street were broken into. We liked the place and would definitely stay there again.

The perfect location and charming house.

The huge front porch looking over gorgeous Manito Park made for great people watching. The house has charming details and feels spacious. Beds are comfortable, shower is great, checks all the boxes. Great communication and easy check in. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

Close to Manito Park, coffee shops, bus line, and downtown. Comfy beds, updated kitchen and living spaces. We were in the middle of a remodeling project, and this was a welcome getaway.

We loved the proximity to Manito park (just across the street!) within a beautiful neighborhood, and the bakery was just across the street. The home was clean and and charming. We plan to stay here again!

There should be better instructions on how to use the deadbolt keypad. It seems there are many different types of keypads and exact instructions can prevent frustration. Example: 1. Touch keypad to get numbers to appear 2. Before punching in code, touch the bottom left button 3. Enter the code you were given. Also, the deadbolt doesn’t lock from the outside if the door is latched. There needs to be a slight gap or the deadbolt keypad will continue to error without locking the door.

My family and I had a nice time staying here. It was snowing a ton when we stayed and the house was nice and warm with the heat on. They also have good water pressure in the shower. We liked the location because it’s easy access to the freeway.

What a welcome respite!

The neighborhood/location is the best part of this rental! Near everything—and especially Manito Park, where we exercised daily. The space itself is clean and comfortable, with an updated kitchen and cizy living space. We enjoyed the spacious master bedroom with built in drawers and shelves. We were in transition during our home remodel, and Jake accommodated our request (last minute) for a more extended stay than we had planned. This is a great place for visitors to Spokane to stay and enjoy a peaceful neighborhood.

Another wonderful respite

At a time where we are helping my Dad through his end of life journey I experienced not only acute low back pain but acute diverticulitis as well. Jake was incredibly supportive, compassionate and helpful. This is our second stay at this lovely home. We will most definitely be returning in the future.
