Die Pool Anlage war super alles war sauber einzig die Austattung wie ein Toaster oder etwas wenig an Tassen und Tellern war etwas anstrengend. Oder der Grillplatz war für die Anzahl an Leuten zu stark besucht aber sonst war alles wunderbar.

Low Buget Urlaub

Im grossen und ganzen fanden wir es in Ordnung. Es ist sehr einfach eingerichtet aber man hat als 4köpfige Familie genug Platz. Die Wohnung hat Flecken, kaputte/gerissene Fliesen und es roch immer feucht. Sie müsste mal saniert werden. Das Bad bzw. Dusche ist sehr klein. Die Vermieter sind Hilfsbereit und kaputte Klimaanlage und Toilettendeckel wurde sofort repariert. Man ist wirklich schnell am Strand/Hafen/Promenade. Rundum gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Alles in Allem war es wirklich ok!

Schöne Zeit

Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral. Paar Minuten waren wir an der Promenade oder am Strand. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sauber. Die Besitzerin war unglaublich lieb. Man konnte mit allen Fragen hingehen. Auch das Personal war sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nah an der Adria

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Medulin. Lydia war immer da, wenn man fragen hatte. Das Personal war immer sehr sehr nett und geholfen wo sie konnten. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für paar Tage Sonne, Meer, tolle Menschen und gutes Essen völlig okay. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gute preiswerte Unterkunft

Gute preiswerte Unterkunft in Strandnähe. Gut haben wir die Ausstattung mit alles was man benötigt gefunden wie Klimaanlage, Herd mit Backröhre usw. Auch der Außenbereich durch mehrere kleinere Pools ist rin Pluspunkt.

Aussen schön und innen dreckig

Von aussen schaut es schön aus , aber innen ist es dreckig und muffig und schwarz vom Schimmel. Außerdem sind die Möbel abgenutzt. Der Aussen- pool wurde erneuert, das gehört mit den Zimmer auch gemacht, so wie es jetzt ist, kann man es kaum vermieten.

L’appartamento era bello grande e pulito. Due camere da letto con armadio, comodini, letto matrimoniale o francese, in salotto TV, divano letto e poltrona letto, un tavolo da pranzo, cucina con forno, frigo grande e frizer, piano cottura a gas ed elettrico, macchina caffè americana, bollitore d‘acqua, e tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di un box doccia o almeno una tenda di misura giusta, dopo 4 persone in doccia il pavimento era sempre allagato. Per il resto tutto ok!

Deludente!!!

Ho capito che è un albergo 2 stelle, ma ci prendono in giro con queste foto e con le cose che dicono avere ma ala fine tutto finta. Per cominciare da tanto non toglievano la polvere di dei mobili, la cucina in un stato penoso con mobili pieno di grassi e da qualche parte che si sbriciolavano, penso che loro non rimanevano più poveri se avessero cambiato l’asta della doccia, le piscine fanno schifo e NIENTE WI-FI.

Günstige, zweckmäßig eingerichtete FeWo in guter Lage

Die FeWo befindet sich in einer Anlage mit mehreren Häusern, Restaurant, Biergarten, drei Pools, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Bier, Wein ...) in unmittelbarer Fußnähe. Größere Supermärkte und Metzger (Lidl, Plodine) in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Hafen mit Ausflugsbooten in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Promenade und Sandstrand - v. a. für kleine Kinder - in gut zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele schöne Restaurants um die Ecke. Sehr viele weitere Strände und Buchten lassen sich gut mit dem Auto erreichen, nach Pula dauert es höchstens 15 Minuten. Die Vermieterin spricht gut deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommt man auf Anfrage. Küchenausstattung, Mobiliar und Außenmöbel zweckmäßig und aussreichend. Schöner Garten mit Grill usw. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Parken kann man direkt vor der Terrasse, was sehr praktisch ist. Leute, die ihren Urlaub gerne am Meer verbringen und eine günstige Unterkunft suchen, sind hier auf jeden Fall richtig.

Urlaub Kroatien

Die Wohnung war leider nicht in dem Haus, das auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Zudem war die Wohnung teils beschädigt. Wir kamen im angemessenen Zeitraum an, der auf den Reiseunterlagen angegeben war, bekamen aber dann von dem Inhaber gesagt wir hätten uns eine Stunde vorher ankündigen müssen,was wir nicht wussten.. Trotz allem hatten wir dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub und das Restaurant, was zur Ferienwohnung gehörte war sehr gut.
