La maison est absolument parfaite pour les vacances et idéalement situé. Tout est accessible même à pieds. Les chambre et le salon conviennent parfaitement pour 10 personnes. La piscine et la terrasse offre un environnement excellent pour bronzer et passer de très bons moments.

Déçue par cette maison

Cette maison manque d’entretien. Meuble (canapé vétuste à la limite sale) certaines literies sont à changer, électroménager ancien. Le liner de la piscine est abîmé et le jardin n’est pas entretenu donc beaucoup de feuilles dans la piscine par grand vent. Le barbecue pas nettoyé donc grille pas utilisable. Le prix de la location est bien trop élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées.

Cette location est bien située et agréable. Cependant, un seul détail nous a ennuyé, la piscine n’est pas chauffée. Ce petit plus augmenterait le confort du logement. En effet, malgré les belles températures extérieures, l’eau de la piscine restait très froide et nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement.

Wir stellen folgende Mängel fest: - Haus grundsätzlich schmutzig - Gartengrill nicht geputzt und voller Zigarettenkippen - Gartentisch defekt. - Der ganze Garten war voller Fäkalien (Hunde) - Grosser Sonnenschirm war defekt - Die elektrisch zu bedienenden Sonnenstoren an der grossen Fensterfront des Wohnzimmers waren defekt. - Die Poolreinigung erfolgte nur einmal in zwei Wochen.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft schon mehrmals gebucht. Das es sehr geräumig ist und wir auch das Pool sehr schätzen. Die Duschen und die Betten sind zu sanieren, ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden.
