SPACIOUS VILLA CONTEMPORARY HEATED SWIMMING POOL, BETWEEN SEA AND MONTPELLIER

Ideally located, our villa is actually 10 minutes from Montpellier by car and 20 minutes by tram. It is five minutes from the beaches of Carnon and the large mound, also accessible by bike path. Quiet on a small plot reserved for your parking and 5 min walk from the center of the authentic village of Pérols with a Camargue atmosphere. The house revolves around its green wall patio and heated pool.
