Free Beach Service for 2026! (March - October / 2 chairs and 1 umbrella)

This 17th floor condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from its open floor plan. Ceiling to floor windows that follow the wrap-around balcony offer incredible views of the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters. Relax on the beautiful leather sofa and watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV or gather around the expansive kitchen table for a delicious seafood dinner or game of cards with the family! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with top of the line appliances and a tranquil breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with balcony access, a private en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and stand-alone shower. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds and just outside of that bedroom is the guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom, which faces the Santa Rosa Sound, has 1 queen, a kitchenette with small microwave, mini fridge and a sink, as well as a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

It's the perfect beach getaway for any family! The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Beautiful views

Family getaway weekend. The perfect place to hang out. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting on the deck chatting and just looking at the water.

Loved the condo itself - best stocked kitchen we have stayed in - kitchen has everything you need!! The view was amazing and we had plenty of towels for our extended stay. However, I do not agree with the HOA allowing certain breeds of dogs in the building. In the future, we will probably stay at a different building.

Family Trip

The agent said she would call/text when the condo was ready for us to check in. When it was 5:00 we went to the leasing office and everyone was leaving. The condo is very pretty and large with an incredible view of the ocean. Would have thought there would have been more than one trash bag and a few rolls of toilet paper.

Everything was super clean upon check in and they even sent a text as soon as the unit was available. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The ice maker was a little slow with making ice. It was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella set up on the beach. My sister stayed with us as well and she enjoyed having her own space and the back balcony for sunset views was so nice. Easy access to the beach and the pools were kept clean.

We spent time together as family and enjoyed the views of the Gulf from the 17th floor. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets too! The property had easy access to lots of great walking paths and also close to local restaurants on the island plus restaurants & shopping on the mainland. The property itself was well-maintained...and we loved the quiet peaceful environment! The staff of Paradise Beach Homes were 100% first class! We know we'll work with them in the future!

The balcony was large, and it was nice to be able to sit out there and enjoy the view. The only drawback was that the elevator kept breaking, There were 2 elevators, which is good because for the first half of the week, there was only one elevator that worked. That was a real pain. It was finally fixed torward the end of the week and everything was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pro- Overall the unit and stay was fantastic. The location, other guests and employees where great. Love going to Florida and the property management group is amazing to work with. Couple of areas of improvement but is more about maintenance/ upkeep of the unit itself. About half of the wood blinds either did not work at all or you had to "finesse" them to get them to work. The dimming knob in the kitchen for the lights was no attached so it kept falling off, we would just stick it back on the post. There is a very small leak under the kitchen sink when using the garbage disposal. Found this issue when I was doing the dishes and my sock started getting wet. After looking at it you can tell it has been that way for a while now. Lastly some of the dishes were covered in dust/ fuzz. Looked to me as if those dishes were never really used and just sat there collecting dust and fuzz. These are minor things that just kinda threw us off through the stay. We definitely will return and use the same property management group as we have used them the past few years and love the way they handle business.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Navarre. Overall, we were very impressed with the unit. The decor was nice, the location was were the views. The only thing I will critique is the internet connection, and that is only because I had to work on my vacation. It was slow and I assume that was probably something with the area rather than the specific unit. The heated pool and jacuzzi was awesome. My kids don't mind the cold ocean and swimming pool, but for me the heated pool was a must. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Spectacular View

Overall, a wonderful stay! Beautiful condo and beach! Best oceanfront view we have ever had due to being on the 17th floor in a corner unit! Could see both the ocean and sound side from the corner! The unit was spacious and accomodating. It was clean by most people's standards, and satisfactory for mine. Those of us who are "clean freaks" and who notice detail could definitely find flaws, but there were no bugs and overall the unit was clean and well maintained. Example of flaws that kept me from giving this condo a 5-star on cleanliness: lots of visible dust on blinds, walls & around air vents, lamp shades, etc. Also, kitchen is showing some wear--markings on stove knobs has worn off, so you are guessing what temp you're on, paint on cabinets worn off around handles/knobs, some loose drawers. Those are all pretty minor issues, though, and overall we were very pleased with this condo and would definitely stay here again!
