Pearl 1001 Completely renovated from floor to ceiling! Super clean!

Pearl 1001 is a three-bedroom, three-bath corner unit with a wraparound balcony that offers stunning views of the white sand beaches, the emerald colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The unit is tastefully decorated with a beach theme and colors of blue and green. The open living design allows space for groups to gather with ease in the common areas while providing privacy between the bedrooms. Flat screen TV's are in the living room and each of the three bedrooms. The unit is also equipped with free high-speed wireless Internet service. The Gulf side master suite has a king size bed, dressing area, separate Jacuzzi and shower and access to the Gulf side balcony. The master suite, on the Sound side has a queen bed and a bunk bed (2 twins), walk-in shower and a private balcony overlooking the Sound. The third bedroom is centrally located, has a full size bed and a twin bed and an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Pearl is one of the most sought after condominiums on Navarre beach. The property is beautifully landscaped and gated for privacy. Features include two pools, one of which is heated, a hot tub, fitness center, outdoor grills (gas and charcoal), bike racks and ample parking. Navarre Beach is a pristine area, which has earned numerous awards of recognition over the years. It is secluded enough to be a peaceful retreat but still close to an array of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The fishing pier at Navarre is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico.

The grand kids loved the pool and the beach was gorgeous and our room was amazing with a beautiful view of the sunrise and the ocean. The rooms were all very comfortable and decorated for the beach and the kitchen living room were very spacious. We would come back again.

Great beach condo. Clean and renovations made the condo feel fresh. Battery died on us to the key pad so we were locked out for about 30 minutes but the vacation rental agency came and unlocked it for us and replaced the batteries.

Very beautiful home. Perfect for two families with kids. Great View of beach and gulf to relax with morning coffee watching dolphins hunt and perform tricks. Great to watch other families hunt for ghost crabs on a full moon while enjoying a glass of wine or other beverage. It is Walking distance to pier and at least 3 restaurants with excellent food, outdoor activities, and music. Great place to rest and recharge. Only negative was the umbrella guy...50 a day/300 for the week....but a trip to Walmart gets you two sand chairs and an umbrella you can put up yourself for 50. Pack a headlamp that you use at home to grill food...it will give you free hands to hunt ghost crabs or walk home on the beach from Windjammers at the pier. We Hope to return again soon.

Family vacation

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We had plenty of room, the views are absolutely amazing. Loved that it was not a super destination spot and was not overcrowded. The pools and close walk to the beach were great. The granddaughters spent hours at both and are begging to go back already.

Amazing condo! The Pearl never disappoints.

We had the best stay in the Pearl 1001, the property was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Will definitely stay here again for my families annual Navarre trip.
