This king bed suite has a private bathroom off the bedroom along with a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dinnerware for your dining needs. Our boutique motel also has a pool, fishing dock, bikes, kayaks, paddle board, grills and more. We also have beach wagons and chairs available on a first come basis. We are located on the quiet north end of Clearwater Beach and only a 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Each unit has its own single vehicle parking spot at no additional charge.

Short Walk to Beach

Condo was cute and clean. Pool was crowded most days but easy to work around. Downstairs neighbor were kind of noisy but overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Short walk from the beach too.

Fantastic family getaway

This property was great. They were able to allow me to rent a playpen for my baby which made life so much easier. The rooms were very clean and the pool area is a great place to relax after a long day of being in the sun! Clearwater beach is also just a five minute walk which saves a lot of time trying to find parking. All in all this was a great place to stay and I definitely recommend it to anyone who’s considering it!

Great location

This property is really close to the beach and makes accessing food easy! The space is tight but with only us and a toddler it worked out. We ended us not using the pull out bed since it took up so much room in the living area.

Great Location, Very Nice Unit

My wife and I had a great stay for 10 days around superbowl weekend. It was very clean, well stocked and the king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and adequate for our needs. The location is perfect, only two blocks from the beach yet very quiet at night. On site staff were very attentive and fixed a couple of minor issues quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Very enjoyable short stay on Clearwater Beach which was our last stop during our 43 days traveling Florida. Enjoyed the heated pool, free bikes, meeting friends in St Petersburg, shopping at John’s Pass in Madeira Beach and eating at Frenchy’s Restsurant.

Great little gem.. located near strip, close to everything. Management great, place is cute, just enough for a weekend away! Only complaints were the Bathroom and shower a little small, Pool is a little cloudy/dirty, kids were popping all the floats, which were not replaced the time we were there, so was unable to relax and float in pool, but we made the best of it. Fun groups of people coming and going. Overall great place. We would stay again.!!

The only thing comment I have is that the condo was a little small for our family of 4. The staff was great in accommodating our needs, it was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever been in, and it was a good location, as far as the area was quiet, but it was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, beach, etc.

Five Palms units can be on the smaller side for bigger families. We recommend trying to rent one of our units with the extended bedroom with the 2 queen beds if available, or our townhouse that has 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa. While there's not much we can do to make our approximately 330 - 430 sq. ft. condominiums bigger, we definitely make up for it with our great location and several complimentary first come first serve items such as bikes, kayaks, a paddle board and beach equipment. We are beautifully located on the intercoastal waterway with a large dock for great fishing or just hanging out at one of the tables or benches on the dock. The pool is also a great fun spot for families to hang out for the day closely located near the 2 gas grills and picnic area. I must also add we are only about a 10 minute walk to the beach!

The stay was great! Very clean, organized property. During our stay we found our air conditioning to be broken and they were swift in getting it fixed for a very comfortable stay. Nice quiet area just minutes from the beach. Would definitely consider staying here again!
