Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in quiet residential neighborhood. Full kitchen with all the amenities. Relaxing backyard with BBQ grill, firepit and patio furniture to enjoy our beautiful Yuma sunsets. Two car garage with additional driveway parking for more vehicles/toys. 10 minute drive to downtown Yuma, MCAS, and Foothills area. A short drive to Yuma Proving Grounds and local river/lakes/Imperial sand dunes recreational areas as well as golf courses.

Perfect Home away from home.

This house is in the perfect location . It’s quiet, clean, and near all sorts of amenities. The property manager is always available to message and very friendly and workable. We love everything about this place!!!

Property manager- excellent

I wanted to extend my stay for another day and did not have my password with me. No one at VRBO could take my credit card number to pay for an additional day. Michelle, the property manager, worked with me to allow me to extend my stay. Kudos to her.
