Wonderful Experience

This was a great place to base our visit from. It's conveniently located in the centre of the island. The owner is communicative and helpful, and the on-site manger was wonderfully responsive to all requests, questions, and small issues. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! You will need a rental car, though, as it's not on the beaten path.

Property not bad but could be better

Giving this a two star based on these details. - needs newer windows with screens. Only the master BR had a new window w/ screen. Other windows no screens so when we had to open windows for fresh air, we could not as it would invite in bugs and such. - Bedbug spray found in one of the cabinets, which was kinda alarming, but maybe they use it as a precaution? - Dining room chairs legs were loose. need to be tighted w/ allen wrench - Clean up outside back door and get rid of abandon cars. This just made the overall place/location look trashy. Right two burners on stove, not working and coffee maker didn't work either. For a rental I would expect all appliances to be in good working order upon arrival. No cutting board No TP holder One of the frying pans was pretty unusable Terrible roadway to get to apartment. Washer/Dryer outside and shared w/ other apartments

Dear John Thank you for your review. We definitely do not have any bed bugs so this must have been left behind by another guest. I will make sure housekeeping removes this item. Thank you for letting us know about the stove burners. We have since cleaned up around the surrounding area as we do have constructions going on so I apologize for the materials left behind. It has since been removed. The previous typhoon removed many of our screens and we are working on putting these back on. We hope you will give us another opportunity to make it right and visit with us again soon. Thanks again for staying with us.
