The 600 square foot unit is situated in a residential Venice neighborhood surrounded by palm trees. The thoughtfully designed space with its high-end finishes is the perfect place to live, work and relax.
Close to the beach, Abbot Kinney Blvd and the Venice Canals. Organic, eco-friendly interior paint, bed linen and cleaning products.
The bright open floor plan features high ceilings & floor to ceiling windows and doors - perfect to feel the California breezes and let in the sunshine!
The sleep area with its king-size bed is separated from the living room and kitchen by a free-standing room divider with built-in TV and sound system.
The kitchen provides a cooking and sitting area and is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer and built-in washer & dryer.
The bathroom features a rain shower, skylight and modern granite sink.
In addition, the space provides:
- Ample storage space
- Fast wifi
- A separate workspace with natural light from windows and
skylight
- A sleep sofa
- A high efficient, ductless heat pump for cooling and heating
- Organic, eco-friendly interior paint, bed linen and cleaning
products.
We have a 'no pet' policy.
