About this property

Ocean House #1506 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 5th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with garden tub and shower and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. King, Queen, Queen, Queen. No sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

Beach bums

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was furnished completely. No issues at all. We lived the location to the shrimp festival, cause we walked to it each day and didn't have to move the car. Only thing was, we had 3 cars and only 2 parking passes, but the security guard gave us another pass to park across the street in the overflow parking area. We will definitely keep this place in mind in the future.

Great Condo

Ocean House 1506 was great for our vacation. We went in late September, so it wasn’t too crowded. The condo was nice & looked recently renovated. It was pretty clean. It’s not a big building, so no waiting for the elevator. Walkway to the beach was great because there are no stairs to lug your beach cart up & down. It’s also a very short walk across the sand to where we set our chairs. The management responded quickly to my questions when booking & maintenance responded quickly to a small issue I had. I would gladly stay there again.
