Welcome to Island Royale 801 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front corner unit is located on the 8th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. We inspect frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. Follow us on FB "Gulf Shores By Owner."

GULF-FRONT BALCONY VIEWS (OVERSIZED):
The oversized private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from BOTH the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

Perfect for sunrise coffee, dolphin watching, and spectacular sunsets.

Rest and Relax

The condo was a perfect place for some much needed rest and relaxation. Because it was my granddaughter’s first time visiting the beach we wanted a place that had both easy beach access and a pool. When not enjoying the water, enjoying the view from the balcony was top on our list. Access to local restaurants and a grocery store allowed us to spend a lot of our time just relaxing. The host responded quickly to the same day check in and provided clear check in/check out instructions. If we are in the area again, we hope this unit is available.

Fell in love with this unit! the beds were comfy but the living room furniture was tired. the views and balconies were awesome. loved the location too! it felt like home immediately! we are considering it again but time will tell.

Stayed here 4/4/26 -4/10/26. We will make this our go to place every time we make it back to the Gulf Shores. Property was beautiful and the view from the 8th floor was gorgeous (We stayed in room 801). We saw dolphins swimming everyday from the balcony. Parking was super convenient as well as access to the beach. Everything was steps away from our door step. Host was prompt on answering any questions we had. Property was well maintained. Many options for dining and recreation things in the direct area. Thank you for a great vacation and memories to last a life time.

We purchased our first unit, Island Royale #504 in 2010. and have since purchased several other units in the area and have since opened Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. We own and manage each of our properties and really enjoy helping our travelers with their vacation getaway. We pride ourselves in great customer service and have great repeat customers and lots of referrals. This area is near and dear to us and we strive to help others have a great experience.

We LOVE the Island Royale and Gulf Shores. This property has extra large balconies and never seems like it is crowded. Due to the popularity of this complex we have now purchased our third unit in Island Royale. Great place for families.
