Super cute 1 bedroom!

This was a really cute place with more than enough room. Allan was super helpful and timely with his responses during my stay. Definitely would not mind renting this place again next time I’m in Vegas.

Great Communication with the Host!

The host was very responsive any time I had a question. Check in was easy. The place was clean and exactly as the pictures showed. I felt safe and it was easy enough to get where I needed to go.

Everything as it should be

Everything was as it should be. Check-in information was incredibly detailed and sent well in advance of arrival. Everything inside was as it is photographed. Didn't hear any noisy neighbors during my stay. Appliances all worked, would stay again.

Short stay in Vegas

Our stay at Allan’s apartment was seamless and quite pleasant. The apartment was clean, organized with modern furniture. The kitchen and bathroom are original, however, there was new flooring, appliances and fresh paint throughout. Communication with Allan was quick and responsive, I never waited more than 10min for a reply. His apartment is short of 5 star as the kitchen is bare bones, with only items left behind by previous guests. My recommendation would be to provide guests with the basic kitchen amenities such as tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil, spices etc. after arriving from a long journey, it’s extra special to arrive at your accommodation, have a cup of tea or coffee before heading out to shop, and to shop for a bag of sugar and jar of oil for a short stay is just a shame. I recommend Allan’s apartment. Enjoy your stay!
