Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this newly fully renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo located within the luxurious oceanfront Villa Capriani resort. Relax in luxury with all this resort-style community has to offer, while at the same time have all the comforts of home. This luxurious community like no other on the island features three outstanding pools: (a large ocean front pool, two smaller pools, one with a waterfall and a separate kid's pool). The complex also features wireless internet throughout the property, hot tubs, tennis courts and direct beach access. Walk miles of beautiful beach and only a few steps from the pier. The resort restaurant, Splash by the Sea (https://www.splashbythesea.com/) is a wonderful onsite bonus. (They are also Wedding friendly).
As you enter the front door, you are greeted by sunshine streaming in from the large patio door. All the comforts of home are available in the fully stocked kitchen, perfect for enjoying a casual meal at the bar or gathering in the dining area.
The living room boasts a large flat screen TV and stunning views of the ocean. Additional sleeping is available on the pull out queen sleeper sofa. Walk out onto the balcony, take a seat and loose yourself in the views of the ocean, pools and lush courtyards.

Condo was very nice, clean with a great view. Access to the beach from this condo was not the easiest with no options. But workable. Street traffic was bit loud with bedroom on the front street. Would have liked a small TV in the bedroom to catch the news. Overall, would stay again!

Make sure you can see outside!!! Not accessible and completely occluded are two diffrent things..

Many units meaning (half) are under construction. Our unit was completely occluded no view at all...big disappointment! Unit had a musty smell so bring air freshener your favorite candle or some febreez..on a better note the unit was clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently .. However dont forget bring linens means Bring your own sheets blankets towels wash cloths and dish towels which put alot of extra work on packing unpacking n so on...The resort is nice but be prepared to be inconvienced... Especially if your disabled . everything is a walk around. Up and down theres a couple ramps but none for beach access . all n all beautiful place but not for me wont be going back felt like more work than a vacay...

We are very sorry your stay was not as expected. Our patio was scheduled to have been completed by this time…but once we were notified of the construction delay, we in turn contacted you immediately……..(this was more than 2 weeks prior which was enough time to cancel and get a full refund). The “mustiness” you experienced was due to the exterior plaster material on the deck which was freshly installed. We’re glad you enjoyed the condo itself…we worked hard to renovate it and create an inviting feel. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have resulted.

This resort style property is like no other on Topsail island. The fabulous pools, hot tubs and beach access are truly amazing. Sit on our patio and enjoy drinking your morning coffee, or afternoon cocktail overlooking the courtyard, pools and ocean. We are only a few minutes from Camp Lejeune. Perfect for parents visiting their Marines.

What makes this property unique

If you don't want to cook in our beautiful kitchen, or grill at the community charcoal grills, the onsite restaurant (Splash by the Sea ) offers excellent food, cocktails and views.
