Beautiful views, everything you need for that beach and kitchen. The pool was closed for repairs for a few days so the host graciously gave us 2 free nights. That was much appreciated. Very easy to communicate with and very responsive host!

We had a great view of the beach with nice sunrises daily. The condo was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It could use some new fry pans as the ones there are in need of replacement. I would recommend this unit to others that are considering a trip to North Topsail Beach.

This was our third time staying here and we love it every time. The views are amazing and it’s great that it’s right on the beach. They have everything you need in the kitchen and all linens included even beach towels! A added bonus are the beach chairs included! Can’t wait to come back next year!

The location of this unit is great on the second floor—just a short walk to the beach. The directions for the “check-in process” were perfect. "This property is as described in the listing and beautifully remodeled. The layout worked well for our group, and the host was quickly responsive when we had a question. There were 5 of us and this unit had plenty of space for everyone to relax.

We stayed for a week and it was a great location! We arrived and the process was easy to get into the condo! It was larger than expected. The views were great! The door latch was a bit tricky because it didn’t latch well and I did need to hold it shut to allow the lock to lock. We did find that there was no can opener in the kitchen, not a deal breaker but we needed one on several occasions (lol). My biggest complaint was, no place to store your beach items without dragging them through the entire condo to the deck.. but, sand is expected while at the beach. Overall, it was a great place and it has made me realize how nice North Topsail is!

This condo had an unobstructed ocean view from the balcony--one of the best views of any beach condo I have rented. The host, Rick, was prompt in answering any questions I had, and gave spot on recommendations for restaurants that we might enjoy. The condo was equipped with anything one could possibly need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend renting this beach condo for anyone who would like a relaxing time at the beach.

Nice place for a beach getaway

Beautiful view and great access to beach. Unit is well maintained, nicely equipped in kitchen area, well furnished. Nothing not to like. There is an elevator but it was rarely working. Not an issue unless you have mobility issues. Can’t count on not having to go up stairs, but it is a short one flight.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay at Rick and Karen’s. The unit was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being steps away from both the beach and pool access and would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed

We had an amazing stay here for a long weekend. The place was clean and had good amenities. The balcony overlooking the ocean provided us excellent pace for relaxing. We will be back.
