Grounds were amazing

The grounds were amazing. We were able to see all kinds of Florida wildlife. We were close to town and the beach. People were friendly and it was very quiet. It could've used a deep cleaning and new pillows. Other than that, it was good for the price.

The property was very close to shops, restaurants, beach. Lovely grounds to walk in. Tennis Courts, Basket Ball, Swimming Pool etc etc. Easy check-in - Owner was in contact with us but there were no issues to report. Had a lovely holiday. Thanks to all. for making it so easy to book.

The home itself was nice and located on a huge beautiful estate. The hot tub is closed and much of it was under construction that there was really no warning about until after you booked. The pool was beautiful and perfect (except when the heater went out and had to be replaced) but that was done in a day. The people are friendly at the site and many amenities are within walking distance. There is a Publix Grocery, Walgreens. Smoothy shop, breakfast places and message places. It is in a great location less than a mile from lovely oceanside beaches. The beds were comfortable.

Unit advertised Elevator accessible for the unit which was not. Advertised beautiful balcony to sit on which was not available Construction was going on majority of the units. Patio doors were bolted shut. Lots of noise during the day Hot tub was not in service , When we arrived unit had not been cleaned.The landscaping was very nice

There were many things not in working order. Master shower was not draining. Both blow dryers were not functioning. There was supposed to be a refund and it was minimal. Would not stay there again.

Great Location

Great location. We walked almost everywhere. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Pool is warm and clean. Had a little bit of miscommunication with the check-in process. I kept being told I needed to sign one more document. They said they kept emailing me but I never received any emails. Then, someone contacted me saying all is good and they no longer required that document. Nothing major. Just a bit annoying and a waste of some time. It didn't affect my stay at all. Kids and I had a blast! I'd stay here again.

We loved the location of the apartment, it was clean and as described on arrival. The amenities in the property were great and our kids loved them. The location was close to everything, easy to find shopping, restaurants and the beach. We loved the proximity to clam pass beach and Naples! I was a little disappointed that when we arrived there wasn’t any bedding for the pullout. I contacted the staff and they indicated that they didn’t have anyone available at 8 pm to bring out the bedding (although they did offer to reimburse me if I wanted to buy some). The more disappointing part was that I said it was fine and they could bring it the next day, however it didn’t actually arrive for 3 more days. We found another solution in the meantime and so we didn’t complain, but is the reason I couldn’t leave 5 stars

Perfect location

Overall a great place. Amenities were on the thin side. A dish towel would have been nice as would additional soap and toilet paper. Place was right by the beach and had a great pool and pretty areas. Would stay here again.

Beautiful lush views from balcony

We enjoyed our stay at the Park Shore overall. Pool area very nice, and liked the convenience of laundry close-by to the unit, as well as the outdoor grilling deck. Kids loved the bridges over the ponds and the abundance of wildlife. Property management could have checked in much sooner to see how things were going, since this unit is not taken care of by the resort itself. We ended up buying things like paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, and washing our towels during the stay. Floors were kind of dirty when we moved in, and the broom provided was falling apart. But, overall we did enjoy the stay despite these issues.

We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities offered a lot for the kids to do and was well maintained. Two things I would comment on: the first few days, the pool was very murky but once they treated it, it was fine. Also, the blankets in the condo were flimsy and thin. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again!

Quiet, great location for needs

Traveled for business that required a lot of coming and going. Private end-unit with only one flight of stairs so super easy to come and go quickly and easily with parking right by the unit. Did not use pool and other resort amenities so can’t speak to that. Great location with grocery just 1/2 block away and walkable restaurants. Also, easy to go out for my morning runs.

Great property!

We stayed here for four nights. Super close to the beach and we loved sitting out on the porch. The resort has beautiful plants and paths. We also really enjoy the pool!
