Park Shore Resort Has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Spa, BBQ grills, Tennis, Pickleball courts, Basketball & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples Famous Beaches. Wander around walkways & wood bridges directly to the tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**
For reservations made on or after April 8, 2026, this fee is already included in your total booking amount, please disregard the above.

Beautiful and clean property in a wonderful location. It’s our second time staying in this building but first time in this unit. We will definitely return. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The lake and fountain views were beautiful and peaceful. You can’t ask for a better location in Naples. Walking around the nearby neighborhoods, going the 1-2 miles to the beach and proximity to 5th avenue is perfect! You won’t regret staying here!

This was our 3rd time staying at Park Shore Resort because you can’t beat the location of the property and the convenience to everything. It was the first time using Josh and his team and we couldn’t have been more pleased with their responsiveness

We liked the location of the appartment in North Naples. The balconee looks south over a pond with an island in the middle which hosts a restaurant, the pool and a grill area. It invites you to a nice walk around.The appartment has new flooring, the walls are painted, most of the furnitures seem to be new, except the washer/dryer combi and the beach chairs. It has everything you need.It was clean, really clean, what we very much appreciated.The property manager and his team members were very responsive and helpful, e.g. we had an issue with a very hard matress in the master bedroom. Overnight it was exchanged with a brandnew, much more comfortable one. We asked for a 3h later check out due to our flight schedule, which was unfortunately denied by one teammember, due to the fact thar new rentees were scheduled to move in the same day. A few hours later another teammember wanted to know when we are leaving, hopefully earlier because the cleaning team had a full schedule?! And actually the cleaning team came 1 hour earlier, while we were still packing.But all in all we enjoyed our 5 weeks stay in appartment 351. Thank you.

Thank you for your detailed review and for staying with us for five weeks in apartment 351. We are very happy to hear you enjoyed the beautiful south facing balcony overlooking the pond and island, as well as the pool, restaurant and walking paths around the property. It is a wonderful spot in Park Shore and many guests love spending time on the balcony and walking around the lake. We also appreciate your comments about the cleanliness of the apartment and the recent updates to the flooring, paint and furnishings. Our team works very hard to ensure every guest arrives to a spotless and comfortable home. When you mentioned that the mattress in the master bedroom felt too firm, we immediately arranged a brand new replacement mattress so you could enjoy the remainder of your stay more comfortably. We are always happy to resolve any concerns quickly so our guests can fully enjoy their time here. Regarding the late checkout request, during peak season we often have guests arriving the same day, which means our cleaning team needs time to properly prepare the apartment. While we always try to accommodate late checkouts whenever possible, on this occasion we unfortunately could not extend the checkout due to the incoming reservation. It was a pleasure hosting you and we are glad you enjoyed your extended stay in Naples. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

As advertised the unit was remodeled head to toe. The grounds as well. The pictures gave us the impression it was on the top floor but there is a floor above. It was quiet during our stay. The kitchen appeared well equipped and it had a combo Kuerig/multiple cup coffee pot with filters provided.
