Beautiful, spacious townhome in a great location.

We were 4 friends there for a girls weekend. Excellent location, close to everything. We felt safe and easily got around to most touristy spots and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the house was laid out well so we could hang out as a group and have our space. We only had two complaints. 1) We had paid extra for an early check and it was not setup correctly. We had to have several phone calls and delayed text communications to get it fixes and into the property. 2) There was no garage door opener, so the only way to use the garage was to drop someone off at the front door to enter the home and open the garage from the inside while we drove around back. It worked out, but it was a huge hassle, and would've been very inconvenient if you were a single person staying here.

Nice Condo in Germantown, Nashville

The condo was just like the photos. Had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults to hang out together comfortably in the kitchen/living room and also have our privacy with bedrooms and full bathrooms on 3 floors. Booking, check in and check out were easy. The condo is located in Germantown across the street from Kroger and walking distance to a lot of great pubs and breweries. We even walked to the farmers market and down to Broadway. Only issues we had were 1. No garage door opener, which wasn't a big deal as parking on the street was available and convenient 2. The floors throughout are dirty and need a deep clean. Overall, our group was happy and we would stay here again.

Girls Trip

This property was everything it said it was and was great for us. There was five of us and we enjoyed the convenience of the location, the room and openness of the property, and having everything right there. Kroger was right across the street so we could get anything we needed. The place was clean, easy to connect to wifi, and just right for a girls trip. I am excited to go back with my family.

Great house

Beautiful house with a lot of space and room - had a decent size group of people and still had more room then we needed. Very close to the strip of bars so we didn't have to drive far and even had good places around the place. Will say I send my ID in a month before booking and they tried to cancel our reservation with a 24 hour notice that we had to be 25 to put our name on the place the day before we were suppose to leave. But the customer service (think her name was Amanda) was super helpful with letting us replace an ID with someone else very quickly!

It was great. Nice clean new 3 story house. 10 of us stayed and we had plenty of comfort and room. Kroger right across the street and easy Uber to broadway. Would stay again.

Nashville New Year's eve 2021-22

This was a great stay. We found the place on a last minute plan. Everything was as per detailed on the website. The house was sparkling clean and all the basic essentials were in place. They also had a surprise basket with champaign and a few new year's goodies to make the stay special. There was also a kroger right across at the end of the street which made the grocery shopping a breeze! Everyone in our group (of 10) enjoyed the stay and we had a great time. We were also minutes from downtown Nashville that made the location perfect. We were happy with the whole stay and would definitely recommend.

Birthday getaway!

This house was perfect for my birthday trip! I love how all of the bedrooms were on different floors to give each person privacy but also a nice open plan kitchen and dining room. There was enough space for all of us and located a few minutes away from Printers alley and Broad st!!
